Project 100K

THIRD week (12-18.11) of hardcore Feff hunting :cool:

- decayed ~36 Katsu Determinators swords in 6 hunting rounds (6 swords per round)

- total hunting time : ~20h of pure hunting during whole week, not much after all but had lots of work irl

- hunting setup : same as before

- total ped spend : 4448

- total ped back after (all items sold with markup) : 3794

3794 / 4448 ---> -654 peds

additional info :
- highest single loot ~100 peds :mad: (this sux)
- no nice items, best are KorssesH400 only ...
- no ESI

will switch to K HONORS to get more ECO it might help coz i don't wana to loose all I got in beginning of month at the end

Run started out great 2 globals and countless mini's in first 400 ped then after that not one mini not one global :(

I also calculated all my skill before this hunt and after so I know exactly how much skill in peds I gain and I will update it with that also.
164.31 ped profit in skills alone! for 1 hunt.
I'll do 2-3 more runs and update the total gain and if its around an average I will include it into the last 11 runs to get a profit/loss with skill gains.

Regarding skill gains, I regularly get between 110 and 130 ped of skill market value every 1000 ped I cycle through unamped imk2. However I never count that as profit. Skills are not chipped out right away, not unless you have already maxed your weapon of choice of course. And considering them a long term investment doesn't quite make sense too, considering the price volatility.

aye its just there to make me feel better for when I lose..
As I never plan on chipping out my skills inless I quit..
But its kind of cool to see actual how much ped comes in skills alone.

May be is time for a gear change to... If you are not very lucky to hit it you have massive loses over time...

Da setup is bad for fef's. He hunts the wrong mob for the right weapon. You try to convince us that is no limit for how bad it can go?

I'm only gonna go till i spent 100k Total including decay not just ammo.
As this will make it a little easier to complete my goal.
The reasoning behind this is I do not have time for 1k hunts anymore.
And I lost my sanity doing 1k day after day on feffoids.
So from now on im mostly gonna be doing 500 ped hunts with the occasional 1k hunt..

That is a teory. If you want to make profit start a experiment :laugh:

and big +rep for all this nice info about your hunts. Must be lots of work to keep track of all that. :)

MA cannot give you a mob with something special because its dynamic and everybody has the same chances. If MA interferes with the loot for a specific player its unfair.
 
VU 9.1 Loot table change for your project

Hey mate,

Just a quick one if you have not already had the chance to experience it,
Feffs now have reduced violet cream paint drops (radically reduced in fact) slightly increased Olive paint can drops, amongst some others.

Oil drops have been slightly reduced also, though Wool has been added, lots of wool *grins* Mainly Standard, Moderate amount of Thin and some Fine. Also animal hides, more than any one person could carry on a 300 ped + hunt.

Hardware, I believe to a large extent after over 1k ped weapon burn that H400s have been removed from feffs, H380s still drop from Faucevix though, the new replacement item on feffoids is LR32s ~ 130% MU.

That is all I could obtain as far as loot changes on the feffs for now Da,

Good luck with the rest of the project if you choose to continue,

PS. Avatar & Mob Ice Skating & Moonwalking bugs are still present, hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Yep and after about 100 peds of ammo u will carry over 100kg of animal hides.....

Refiner reduces 100kg of hides to a mere 0.5kg.

Last 500 ped hunt looted an ESI which is near impossible on feffoids before
Also looted 2 korss..
They still drop I haven't actually seen a decline in returns except i see more no loot and more mini's to counter it.

About all but its only been 1 hunt ill have more information tomorrow.

Hey fellow Feffer good luck with youre project
Im camping those feffies since a while back and do the same 500ped runs with a korss400+104 let me just say it started off good. That was till my unability to deposit and a few bad runs in a row have lead me to start doing 100ped ammo runs.
Now I'm running with my merc to test something. I'm curious if the bad economy I have on my merc, compared to my korss that is, will compensate the markup on the korss. IE now instead of using the korss I sell it. Oh and by the way I havent deposited since I started the feff runs back in mid february.

PS. Korss drops picked up for me last night too, though went through 600 ped of smackers, got 3 korss's. Another day another 12 smackers to play with, hopefully some more nice loot will drop today.
