Rare Globals?

Just want to know if there is less globals on the chat screen?
Or something with my eyes?
Because for sure everything is ok with the game!

I need to wait 1min to see if someone is GLOBAL sometimes....

B. Not many people doing lots of stuff
C. All of the above including C

I have globals turned off all the time, but I've not noticed a difference with the number/frequency of HoFs. Some days it's slow and others, you can barely hold a conversation in soc chat without having to scroll up after each new message.

It's dynamic.

a)It is not international.
b)Less people playing.
