Selling Large Shop Emmerald Lakes Mall

Hello Entropians,

My shop in Emerald Lakes Mall Level 02 shop 1, a large one, is on sell.

I got a lot of work irl now, and I have to travel several times a week between south of France and Paris for 4 months, I do not have time anymore to provide my shop and play as I was used to.
I am really sad to sell it, this shop give me lot of peds with my amp and others stuff but I really not have time enough anymore to craft 400 amps a day.
Bid start at 26K if you want to buy it, just pm me by entropiaforum or in game.
25K is the price for a small one in twins mall, but i can tell you that Emerald is a big place for selling and a large shop is great to have.

PS : I will not be in game this monday, I will start my travel this day ^^.

I am really sorry to sell it but I do not have time anymore now and I don't want to have a shop not on the top everytime.
When I do something, I have to do it at 100%, I can't stand to start something and let it alone few days after.
At the moment, I got to much to do irl so I have to make some choice like selling my shop
