Get off your high horse and visit the site. It's a perfectly simply laid out list of skills - probably the clearest list of skills I have ever seen for sale here.

I was thinking about this aswell, most people upload their skills so stupid, without adding any details to the ESI needed or the real price, I upload it really detailed I worked on it like half hour to get the real price of every skill watching the auction and peauction.com at once, so it took me effort and you say its messed up...the site is made by a friend of mine, its perfectly clear, has nothing bad on it, I can give you 100% guarantee to this.

But I will make the noob way, will post the list itself in a picture, hope it will be better..

I wonder what is exactly messed up, only thing I see in here that people either dont want to click the link or they just cant read well the latin letters to understand the thread..

careful all your "esi size needed" amounts are completely wrong right now something weird is up with chipping currently
 
what experience you have with this ? or what exactly you heard?
 
figure out a skill as a test, put in an esi and see how many points it takes out and you'll see just dont push the button to extract

i tested a variety of skills and as of the 6th it was totally different a soc m8 lost a bunch off an esi as well
 
Didnt try this out but I saw a thread about this extraction bug, wonder if the patch fixed it or not, going to check the thread
