Doesn't matter when you got the box, it will drop what is in the loot list. The box is from Christmas 2020 but if you open it now you will get Christmas 2024 ring.

Any seasonal boxes have the potential to drop regular mayhem and rare mayhem tokens, doesn't matter when opened.

Yes! Any mayhem mob also have the potential to loot regular/rare mayhem tokens.

Laser and gauss are different weapons categories, even too they share the amps. So, unless it specifically says "skill increase gauss" you won't get any skill gain from the ring.

All those questions are basic question, I don't get why you need to put a support case for that.

Keep in mind that many of the support answers are made through AI, that's why you not getting any clear answer.

Next time just ask an old trusty player instead.
 
Support cases are typically reserved for urgent or technical matters. The questions you submitted would be better for the forums (like this one) or, as Fanan mentioned, asking an old/experienced player. This might be one of the reasons why MA made AI NPCs to assist with player questions like this. Hopefully, they'll continue to enhance them with more data so that they will be even more effective to answer questions across all levels of in-game matters :)
