Support Cases Really do Work!

Well I just finished installing the full version of Windows 7 Professional. So I went to re install EU. The client loader installs just fine, but when it goes to download all the game content, I get a error.

The window says:

Download error

Error message
An error occured when trying to download a file

Error description
entropia_universe_10.2.1.34917_setup.2

Suggestions
(is left blank)

There are also the two buttons "Try again" and "Cancel"

No matter how many times I try, it won't work. I've been playing Entropia Universe on Windows 7 since VU10...

Unfortunately, Windows 7 is not officially supported yet. However, Entropia Universe should run fine with Windows 7 even though it doesn't recognize it as the current operating system.

I know that Windows 7 isn't officially supported. But the peoblem is that this problem randomly appeared, and not just to me. An other person who uses Windows Vista has the same problem. Are all the servers running properly? Like the one that runs the updates?
