The Chain of Ascension - Chance to WIN 10k PED in a Day.

Interesting concept but the problems I see are:

1) You can hunt all day and never start a single chain.
2) Time limit. Theoretically a chain could last 8 hours so if I only have a couple hours to hunt then there's no reason to do it on your LA.

If your chain ends, its in 2h segments. But 8 is the highest theoretical time to get 10k ped. You can also do it in a few lucky globs back to back :)

THE CHAIN OF ASCENSION PHASE 2 is OPEN! Double the global window ! * Phase 2 spreadsheet will be up soon

Changes from Phase 1
- Instead of 10 PED windows for most chains, it is now 20 PED window!
- Time window for each chain reduced to 1 hour 30 mins from previous 2 hours.
