Was YouTube hacked again?

Hi mates,

last night I entered YouTube to watch some Entropia videos but I got only this message:

Some time later I tryed it again:

Was YouTube hacked again like in the past or was the problem my computer? Like a virus or something which wasn´t found from my security programs. I´m not realy an expert in this case.
