When your average mid tier player tries to do redulite - It goes pretty bad !

Between last august and november, no matter where i was hunting, what mob, what efficiency, what dps, my result was around 93% for 430k cycle, i was assuming i have a low period, once will end and return will balancing out itself.
After that period the MM was above 97% return, while EM currently above 98% now, i assume this is a high period for me.

Not any of it will last forever, but sometimes 130k is not even close to balancing out something, while at other cases half of it will be enough.

i totally agree on the above, but that is considering the player is recycling peds everyday at the same amount(or higher amount). Not many players can keep on injecting USD to see a better loot return cycle. We must accept the fact that MA wont be giving USD to players, and base on that fact (when u accept this fact), you will find ways of getting new source of income without depositing, this way you can enjoy the game on the long run :) I love this game to the MAX~

Yes bro, many other players told me they only got back 50-60% loot returns on the later stages of Easter Mayhem. I guess that has to do with the speed of recycling your peds. For me i recycled 4k peds of ammo on first day mayhem redulite, got back 300peds profit on first day. Second day mayhem when i spent abt 8 hrs continous shooting (recycled 9k peds) and was losing abt 800peds on ammo, was abt to give up when i hit a 3.8k hof (9.5k mayhem points) and that's the point i stop, cos i know if i dont stop, all this peds will go back to MA. We need to strike a balance between hunting (spending) and other activities (trading and investing give u income) , this will ensure u can have fun in the long run :)

Thats the useless wave based System

When you dont hunt while loot goes up ( you see that when the global chat gets spaaamed) "thats why dps impacts" most likely you get lower Returns then expected. Because you miss the " i call it return wave"

The rule of Large numbers shit does not apply here because of the so called dynamic, i dont get why people still stick to this ....


I am a noob , dont know much just a theory 🤷

i STRONGLY disagree.
any return under 93% is a sign that "something is wrong" if not limted to a small sample.
i would say that on 500k cycled it is rather normal to get 97+
and that still is a big TTloss. keep in mind that 1.5% is returned in skill TT value on average
60% wouls be totally absurd, i shot 1000 ped per hour, 60% would be a 40 dollar per hour shooting cost.
this is of course a whining statement that exasperate a bad return. 60% can happen in 200 ped ammo shot, not in 200.000 (or in 20.000)
 
So I am gonna assume you started with 10 000 PED ammo, I am no genius but I don't think you can go 14 000 down if you had 10 000 to begin. Correct me if I am wrong but I think it's some juju in the numbers if you use a normal tracker. Any smart person want to do the math? If you cycle 100 000k PED on 10k PED ammo and it says you lost 15k in tracker is this possible?

While handy, easter mayhem was ass and even high end or maxed out robot looters got waxed. It didn't matter. Players got juiced.

First of all, that is a terrible assumption to make. The guy tells you he lost 14k ped and you say "i have an assumption that makes what you are saying impossible, so you must have done something wrong"


Second, of course you can lose 14k on 10k ammo. You just need to lose 4k on something else than ammo (weapon decay, tool decay, armor decay)

Third. In general people have moved away from using ammo as any sort of tracking aid, because of obvious flaws.

Yeah. I am quite hesitant to post my numbers for Mayhem (like I usually do, in the spirit of transparency) after seeing the poor results of others. On the one hand, I am very happy that for once I've had the fortune of getting lucky, multiple times. On the other hand, it doesn't feel all that great seeing so many others ending up with such bad results.

I am beginning to think that maybe this game is not for me.
 
Not everyone can win all the time. We end up getting skewed return numbers on PCF generally because people tend to post bad numbers more often than good for whatever reasons....

Would like to hear some folks who got closer to expected results, especially those who hit those 1k, 2kx multis. What were your final results and how many large loots did you get?

Otherwise it just looks like all players are doing badly when it isn't actually happening.

( I know you will hate this as Its not done in the correct format, but if it means others who did ok post then fair enough :D )

(Gold) 52k points done over a few days. Cat 3

1500 ped starting ped balance with full repair
3000 ped depo

4613 ped left ( after full repair and dmg enh replace)
200 boxes left
No interesting loot
2 Hofs ( 1k and 1.2k iirc)

Its not a big cycle and its not big numbers by any means, but finishing gold was totally fine :) ( and jumping back in after completing the ped balance is continuing upwards :) )

Very happy for you. Glad you got some kickers for once.

There are quite a few "wives", some who say could even be electric or illuminated that also got lucky this time around.
