MA where the f**k are all the high end mining finders?

Just spoken to a couple of high end crafters who tell me no decent finder BPs (ore specifically) have dropped in months. Whats that all about?

I refuse to drop my ped in the ground until I see at least a 214 or equivalent back in the shops.

If this is what all u decent miners want to see also then keep my post bumped until MA acknowledge it :wtg::wtg:

Scratch my request MA it's become quite clear a tt finder is plenty enough to find riches.

*bows down and become humble again*

I also looking for highend finders, but no luck so far

They're usually a Limited (L) Blueprint and only have 'so many shots' on them. They do need to drop more, plus word is that a lot of the crafters with them only make them for their soc mates and/or specific orders (usually very very expensive) so unless you know someone specifically with a blueprint for what you're after you have buckley's chance in hell of ever seeing one on the auction. The auction only ever seems to go so far as the z20 (occassionally a z25). Perhaps some of the shops have some but again they are extremely expensive.

Personally I'm happy to stick with the lower-end ones for now (more skill-ups), though I might try to get a non (L) OF as the (L) system they put in place makes them cost prohibitive both for Finders & for Weapons. I really don't see the point of "leasing" the gear I use, I would prefer to own it outright & repair when necessary. Again due to the (L) system the cost of non (L) gear also skyrocketed but at least you can repair & eventually cover the cost of non (L)'s whereas the (L)'s will always cost you the +20% markup every time you have to replace.

And whats with the (L) Finders & Weapons that die with still 7-15 ped left on them, they should get right down to a couple of pec imo. This in itself would reduce the number of dead Finders & Weapons appearing on the auction hoping to snag an unknowing nooby trying to get a better level gear. I have seen numerous auctions with dead gear that some poor unsuspecting dolt will win only to find out they can never use it. Wished there was a way to stop these people ripping off the new players so openly.

Would be happy if there were Tk120's on the market. Feels crap to put almost the same amount of peds on a z25 but if U c one U grab it

still yet to get a global with my z25
Only difference i've found are the rare ores.

Back to the TT finder!!!!

Well I am on CP atm but I just stopped mining with high level (L) finders and went back to my standard repairable un-amped setup (sorry amp crafters)

I thought there was at least one unlimited 212 BP out there somewhere so I am surprised a crafty crafter has not taken advantage of such a hole in the market but maybe it takes rare resources who knows :dunno:.

Not sure if any unlimited 213 BPs ever dropped.

Personally I think MA is screwing themselves out of a big pile of decay here in (L) finders and amps but maybe there are some other balancing issues at work here. Plus useful items will always be expensive and hard to get unfortunately that is just EU.

I would be curious if they ever let a repairable finder that is normally (L) drop like the weapons and mining amps. OOOO the drama lol

BUMP:

pls PM me ifyou have an OF-212 or OF-213 to sell :yay:

yeah im missing the days where my tk120 and i would frolick in the wild digging up rare ores left and right and having a good ol time.

I hate going back to use the z20 and the z25 is stupidly priced for only a bit more depth.

so BUMP!

Yeah, with the obvious increase in miner population it's time MA re-thunk how many of these finders they allow into the game.

Once more *BUMP*

I am still yet to get my hands on my first Tk220 or 320.

Not for lack of wanting but can never seem to find one for sale.

C'mon MA how about dropping a few more bp's so that we all have a chance to try one not just the uber rich.......or the uber lucky(who happen to look in auction as it is put in)

until then out with the trusty 105

:( i totaly agree, i was crafting tools for a long time when they were introduced untill not long ago in the hope of looting such bp's and all i have seen was a 4 click Z500 bp

the matterfinders seem to drop quite abit, there is never much shortage of those in auction. the orefinders are another question. i think its a combination of only a few people having skills / bp combo to actually stand a chance of looting them and when they actually manage to, they are all sold through pre placed orders long before they goto auction.
also for a side not auction fees on a few k peds item is around 50-90 peds. most crafters would avoid they if they could.

I agree :)

Based only on my experience, the of105 seems to be substantially less effective since the introduction of z series (L) finders.

Problem is that finders with more depth than the 105 are so rare that they are not cost effective to buy even when you can find them.

I am afraid that i have to agree, that the efficiency of 105 finders has dropped, after the implementation of the new L finders. :(:(:(

I already bought an z20 to check and it seems to me that although the small depth increase the findings are many more :(

I believe that all 105 finders will be sold to TT....

OF105 has been giving me very nice finds, until very recently that is (few days - which can still be counted into bad ava cycle).
