Why my post has been deleted?

It was not deleted.
This forum has multiple layers of spam protection.
One of them is that early posts for all new members are not published until they get manual approval by a moderator.
If the new member (you) then goes back and edits one of their already-approved posts, then that post is held for approval again.
You edited your post after I had already logged out for the night.
It has now been approved.
