Really nice idea there, and would have loved to be in. Next month I hope.
And thx for the excellent movie, I stored it to my treasure chest.
I explain here my strategy for a small team, let's say 4 players. When
running spiders in, it is enough to have 180m..200m in between
the guys, and whole the queue can run back when spiders is moving.
One can yell "inc" when the shot succeeds and others can yell "moving!"
so the whole queue keeps the relative distances.
All the guys are in, they can use decoys to cover more distance.
When spider is near the outpost, it is time to split up to two teams.
Some run to the left "feeding spot", others to the right one. The next
guy in turn waits behind a considerable distance (100m). Here it would
be nice to have 2 more hunters, to keep the spider moving.
When a lot of players, I would split it to several teams, one for drawing
spiders in, two teams for the endwork and maybe a reserve, which
keeps the other mobs away.
Parts of this strategy have been tested in Hunters Extreme, and
later the whole thing with my friends. It is not for making peds, it is
for fun.
(And I begin to realise what all the cave paintings are for. They
have had online games back then! And they needed a strategy!
And now it is time to do it all over again I guess ... )
