Online Humor as to community mentality
I was out searching the web for information and run across an article over at Wired, available here. I found it quite spot on and it made me laugh. You decide yourself if you find it funny or maybe even insulting? ,-)

Would MA view that article as serious and to not take complaints seriously? Ofcourse there are several people that fall into that category, but there are enough ppl that have a point on EF. With the addition of "maybe even insulting" I get the feeling they see more truth in the article then in the complaints.

That may be late, but a lot of people like me don't have the time to read the forums, and stick to events, MA's announcements and sometimes trading.

Anyway, it's extremely funny :)
However, as EU is very specific (RCE), this forum is also polluted by other kinds of never-satisfied, selfish people, but it already gives a good overview of why, with a bit of sense of humor, a lot of members of our community really make me laugh ;)

Yeah that soo funny and try

Now shut you faces you whinny noobie heads

^.^

heheheheh

marco seemed to read pretty much all of EF not so long ago.

Anyway, funny article even second time round :)

I would like to add one thing to the so called funny list of customer bashing. If my boss would find me doing stuff what could be seen as insulting he would have me for breakfast, but ok it is indeed funny only to bad marco himselve had to come with it because from him i think it isn't funny at all. Not all Jokes can be told by anyone, with some it's just not funny.

So that's why i add my lil cynical analysis of a PR dude working for a Gaming company:

The storyteller !!

A person who likes to overexpose the positive sides of a game but when it goes wrong he escapes to cynical humor written about his customers. The storyteller is someone who in his work follows the great path of innovation but he doesn't realise that his customers are far more connected to the game then he could ever imagined possible thereby he is always surprised by the response of his customers. He is however restricted in his communication so any responsiblity to his actions is not legitimate because The Holy EULA forbids that.

Is this also funny???

That is extremely Funny! I was a realist when i first started playing. + rep good find.
