2 CLDs and Shadow foot in 2 days ???

All about luck.. I for one dont have it :D

jeah amazing

Total Loot: 951 PED
Fav Mob: Kerberos

Yea well, if id know how to cheat and get those items i would be happy! :p

How do you suggest he cheated and got em? I dont say i dont find it abit odd having THAT kind of luck.

That cant be luck only.

loot 2 CLDs in mining ... okay. But according to his tracker he cycles not more than 100 ped a day... and then shadow UL next day ... and that on a noob mob ??? come on ...

This shit is staged big time, big fail MA

don;t forget both cld's were on the same drop !

i did shoot 20.000 Araneatrox without looting one single UL armor part or something else interesting... :-(

slowly i start to hate that idiotic Kind of "dynamic"

I'd think the system is bugged and they don't have a clue how to fix it. Has been several times that 2 cld's have been looted in one claim, while top miners complain about amount of return, lower levels continue to claim towers and extremely rare finds.

The trouble is its not dynamic. The possibilities of looting that must be huge. It's not luck it's engineered that way to give hope to new players nothing of all the noob players thinking hey I can get that and then go out and cycle some epds. The more seasoned player will cycle the press anyways on the expectation of looting that. It's a clever plan from mindark in my view m

... in that case, MA is manipulating it. but THIS IS NO LUCK.

seems like: LOOT HAPPENS

gz to the looter :)

If your avatar can loot a cld token it can loot multiple. If you cannot loot any real mu items you just can't.

The jealousy and greed in this thread is too damn high! Gratz to the lucky one.

Has nothing to do with the Person who looted that. its the System that sux in this case. My GZ to the one who got it also... and i feel sorry for all regular hunters/miners/crafters...

In theory you are told that super small chances are insignificant and you think "that's never going to happen", but in real world (or in EU) you see that actually does happen. It is as simple as that. In Eurojackpot lottery the odds of winning are: 1:59 325 280, no matter how low, you will see someone winning it all, eventually. Same with EU, just the odds are a bit better.

For every noob hof or item drop there hundreds/thousands of newcomers not getting any. You just notice that one person who got lucky and than whine how he/she shoudn't have gotten it.

it did not even global... thats why it is not on Entropialife. And if the Player doesnt add it to entropedia... then its not there also.

Well, I'm sure you guys saw it, but Smilgs just looted an Angel Harness. So there ya go. It's not always to noobs.

Smilgs also discovered an Arsonistic Chip IX (L) today, which I am really interested in knowing more about :)

Exactly what I've been saying for 10 years. EU is a far cry from being random or having a "luck factor". It's software, it's programmed, and it's programmed by relatively bad coders. In this way, it cannot be compared to a slot machine or a casino, because slots/casinos ARE fair & random. Everybody has the same chance to score. EU? Hell no. The EU "casino" is one where a small group of people can walk in and get several jackpots in a single day, with statistically impossible odds blown out the door.

It's why some avatars are impossibly lucky in EU, and by the same token, there's the reverse happening too, I imagine...players who grind and grind with statistically impossible negative chances.

It's not dynamic, random, logical, luck-based or fair, and has never been, IMHO. It's programming, for better or worse--and better/worse depends on some factor(s) that are difficult to pinpoint, but I'm sure the avatar itself is one contributor.

smilgs has earned to loot every MU that is possible in this game...

Just like it's mathematically possible to flip a coin and get "Heads" 30 times in a row. Infinitesimally possible, but BEYOND unlikely.
It is, however, quite likely that if you flip a coin a billion times, you'll get at least 30 heads in a row at least once. My lower estimate is 3%: 1 - (1 - 0.5 ^ 30) ^ (1e9 / 30) (I split the attempts into the groups of 30 and calculate the probability that at least one of these groups has 30 heads in a row)

according to his tracker this guy is playing at least since
