You can always bring a friend or 2 and use ML-35's. Then its easy globster bullying
 
But then I feel more like a n00b with an opalo, I'd rather be able to take them on my own, at least when the loot window pops up to show me pecs, I'll feel like I achieved something! :laugh:

I might pick up a Deluxe for a laugh and blow some ped taking them out.

Boy is my face red. :duh: (simple editing mistake - the original said "flora and fauna" and flora got exchanged for wildlife instead of fauna. Thanks for pointing it out.

And no, I don't take notice of beggers. ,-)

The poster was the first Real Life Item looted (by major rage, if I'm not wrong... Search in the FrontPage news articles...).
He made a video when he received the pack, which also contained a PE installation CD-Rom and a Project Entropia postcard.
An image was taken by the video (if I'm not wrong again) and posted, and dub asked which mobs where those...
This image is the reply to this question... There should be a whole thread somewhere about it...

Looks like they are going to sell most of the new land area..More supply might make the price drop...
 
which also means new mobs (new items in loot?), TP's, and probably service centers.
 
Wow very interesting. I hope they are affordable...most of us can't produce thousands of dollars on a whim.

The last few land areas went for high prices... wonder if they all of a sudden theybecame bad investments if there are a bunch more available by the end of the summer
 
come on epictetus, what are the chances of that happening? plus, MA doesnt usually like to ruffle the feathers of current "investors" too much. some big money has been spent on LA's. i wouldnt doubt the prices fall a little, but i wouldnt expect MA to just dump 20 LA's in the game. i would think theyd drop a few in every few months. but, more LA's for people to hunt in would probably mean less tax income for land grab winners. will it even be worth it for them to continue with that? maybe MA is trying to slowly phase the whole LG thing out.

The price of the landareas are alot depended on their location and size. The last ones out were pretty large and also pretty good locations. Hence the high price. And there had been a dry period.
There are alot of crap LA´s out there today that nobody would pay much for, hence they dont change owners that much.
And then we have the mobs, that also has a impact on the price. I would assume some LA´s that are released have unque mobs in them. That could make the price go abit higher.

I think its to early to sell land,who knows.Maybe the new areas is ubersmall and got shitty mobs :)

Bahhh... it looks like we may be heading in the direction I hoped we wouldn't. A future were the Landgrab is marginalized or phased out altogether, and replaced with landowning based soley on how much money you have (in game or simply in real life).

I really hoped the two types of landowners could coexist, but the way things are going the 6 month land lease a society recieves is becoming increasingly worthless(beyond bragging rights). Maybe not worthless, but the margin between the time, effort, and money involved in winning and maintaining land, and the advantages/profit gained appears to be shrinking.

I tried to bring up some of these points in this thread a couple weeks ago.

Or MA whont ruin their market , and promiss ( like usual) lot of stuff , but will give only 3 land here and 2 land there...
Why MA would sell 30 land first day ?
When they can put only 3 at VU in the auction and sell them 100 more ...
