in my case i guess im biased because i know johnysnake as a really nice and helpful guy and not someone i would think of if one talks of cheating, but apart from that im just amazed that after months of hearing about pirates using this bug/feature/exploit to loot players, and my own personal experiences of pirates catching up to me in space in a "impossible" way, that the first time i see a complaint from a pirate about this is against a player who i know is spending a lot of his in game time, and peds, causing trouble for pirates and turning the tables on them and making them the hunted. i would of thought if these pirates were serious about being fair players we would of seen them "turn on their own" in the past few months and rooted out the abusers among "their own", or would actually enjoy the fact that someone with some skills is actually making space a more exciting place to be for them and not come crying to the forum about how unfair their life is

The problem with your posts is every time you write something you always include some bogus/ridiculous "facts" or false unfounded accusations. Either because you just don't know or don't care to know the truth.

You assume one pirates know all the dirty deeds of another pirate, that's silly.

I proved JohnySnake is a cheater so I wouldn't call him a nice guy. I would have put this video up even if hr didn't spend all his time annoying us.

I never cried or said it's unfair, I simply posted it for everyone to see whats going on.

And I'm sure most of the ways pirates catch you in space would seem "impossible" to you.

I can't prove anything either ofc, but if u look carefully at the last seconds before the ship blows up i hope you'll agree - it can't be strafe, there's something else. I don't dare to say what it is, haven't tested any external stuff myself.

oh, i have to confess, i have firmly embraced the modern era and i didnt think you actually had to read a article or watch a video any more to have a opinion *grin*
my personal experience with youtube video evidence is that i watch these things and dont actually see them prove anything conclusively so i just trust my own instincts
and after watching the video to the end thats what im left with, the same questions but no real answers

I don't see anything in this video other that you getting attacked from behind, your attacker didn't come from the space station he was behind you.

It was 3rd times when I got from them into station, and all 3 times they didn't manage to shot me. And I knew that he will attack from behind, if you don't understand it still.

And if you considering it normal - when he appears and the same time I moving at full speed in direction of station - and he STILL catching me FAST - well, ok then.

I see what your saying but we still have to assume a lot from your video to think there is some cheating going on. Would have been nice if you turned around to see where the attacker was and how far away he was(like I did in my video)

this is not the first game i play
if i am flying on a level heading straight towards a target on auto-move it is impossible for another L quad to catch up with me. But my reaction was slightly different from yours, i shrugged, repaired my quad when i respawned and continued on my journey.

you two are either trolling or liars or both, i can say this with certainty because if there is one thing i know about pk-ers is you dont hang around in space in the dark all day and not know all the details about every bug and glitch and exploit available, especially one that has been talked about for months among your "prey".

Recently (since some months) I started to play a game where a few players seemed to be very good at hitting suddenly getting a load of points. That game is not an RCE yet someone took the trouble to make an aimbot for it.

That makes me wonder if such a tool is written for a game like that, where it's only about fun actually and reputation of course, what are the odds someone would program such a thing for EU Space where there's real money to be earned?

Got to admit a few out there have such incredible aim never ever missing a single shot it seems very unreal...

Anyone else feels this?

hmm, i used to play a pk game where cheating was a huge problem, but, someone using a aim bot is normally one of the easiest things to see, either the aim bot itself has "issues" or the person using the bots way of moving doesnt make sense compared to how good their aim is.
another thing i learnt in that game while playing competitively is that it is surprising how good some people's reactions are, especially if they play every day, i have played against many people that had "unbeatable" aim, and the only thing you could do was make sure they did not get the chance to aim
so i guess i am saying, yes it could be possible but i think you would notice it and it is more likely it is someone who has serious pvp experience in other games than someone with a bot.

I´ve recorded a video today in a similar situation, showing that sometimes for whatever reason, the speeds between quads may differ from each other. And while recording this video i did not run any 3th party software neither used any exploits or bugs.

So please, aim your issues about faster flying quads in space towards MA. And do not try to blame and shame me, cause it will only hurt yourself.

This video doesn't prove your not using 3rd party hacks lol, it just proves you are in fact able to go faster than everyone else when you want to. With how choppy your game is it does look like something is altering the lag in your favor.

I assume you are new to space? Must be, otherwise you would have answered a lot smarter. Please send MA a couple support cases about this issue. Hopefully they will fix it then.

They are incorrect. Which could happen when they use standard reply´s, like:

"Thanks for reporting this to us. You did exactly the right thing and it will help us track down these participants."

It is not my fault that speed differences between quads are happening. And as a pirate, who chases other quads frequently, you should be pretty known with this fact.

Hacks or not I will say that there are issues with different speeds from different Quads.

Prior to purchasing the Bismarck at the beginning of this year I was trading out of Rocktropia and most days carried around 10 k PED of ores and enmatts back to Calypso. On one particular occassion when having BulletTooth Tony and Omega Dan Prime escorting me back to Calypso, Bullet had to stop and wait for Omega to catch up to him. I had to stop twice and wait for both of them to catch up to me.

I guess on this particular instance the excess wait I was hurtling me through space at a much greater velocity then their two empty inventorys.

I think I would be more inclined to believe in lag, internet connection and system issues rather than speed hacking.
