After a 22 minute fire sale of 800.000 USD equivalent, 800.000 deeds were sold today of the former Trasure Island on Calypso.
Each Deed was sold at 10 Ped with no commissions for purchasers (1 USD each).

assumptions:
calculations are actual/actual starting dec 1st 2021
the tables will report the raw payout in PED terms, as a percent of price, cumulated return and annualized return based on past paid amounts)
for principal the prices average are on the exchange so there is no need of duplication.
of course being it an excel can add more parameters in columns

Sorry they have already sold? I didn’t even no they were going up for sale today. Or did someone buy before they went public?

Apparently they sold out in less than 30 minutes.
 
I wish I knew these were up for sale. Not sure why they all sold in 1 tranche.

Likely they will go for double or triple their original price once they become available on EU Exchange.
 
Yeah, I didn't have a chance to get any either. I was at work when they hit the market, 5am east coast time. Any U.S. players would not stand much of a chance to get any.....
 
I am an American I Got My 3470 Shares. So Funny All the Weird Conspiracy theorys that are being formed. But Reality is They all got sold. some people went big. some people went small. few people even got their 1 share to track. but they had to be there in the first 22 mins to do it.
 
Todays payout 3 pec per share. (For 4-5 days)

Ofcourse craze atm so it will go down, especially due to mayhem :) But I think it can settle at around 2 pec
 
Everyone doing mayhem so I dont think anyone expected anything glorious. I think after Mayhem it will settle at 1-2 pec.
 
Failing or not to pay out a pec when the carry-over from the previous week is unknown is not exactly an epic indicator.

I'm a bit surprised the CLDs weren't higher, though, going by the EL planet stats at least. Then again, there have been problems recently of double-listings, or so I've read. Why does nowhere manage clean data anymore - is it artificially dirtied for the masses, or does nobody at all get clean data these days?

EL incorrectly registers Mayhem globals as Caly globals.

I agree. StevieB makes a lot of wrong conclusions, but have have some extra info on the game. Also he fails to see the difference between the old nd new TI. But I still can use it to make fun of NTI shares owners :laugh:

Just a thought - Maybe you could add two decimal places to your “amount” column otherwise it seems like you’re just gonna show zeros all the way down.
 
ty Kayla i modded the colum to reflect recoup of investmetn with payouts
btw i admit i was skeptic and believed the payout was 1 pec every other week
seems that so far it is 4x my idea and even if there is a "welcome farm" on the
zone also the second week did pay and many players are in instance for Mayhem.
 
just keep in mind TI was hit hard right before mayhem and the instances started mid-week. I know I sound like a naysayer, but I wouldn't expect 1 pec this week or maybe for the next 4 weeks. 4 PEC is good so far, but time will tell what the normalized return will be. I don't think we can draw any logical inferences yet based on 2 weeks of data.

P.S. @Msturlese, you have wrong date in the last row of your table, skewing the annualized ROI %
