Received refund today, best bet on the support cases is get a screen shot of both your bank and transaction history and send it with the support ticket, so they know how much you were double charge for wasn't refunded via Dibs but mindark itself.

Its been 5 days since the announcement of the issue and no refund yet.

No refund yet and according to the support case its been past four days.

Its not just on the 16th inital purchase was on the 16th went through on the 18th and doubled on the 19th.

Awesome, just checked my history again the $1 dollar charge was removed its weird I depoed earlier in the week with no issue what so ever maybe it was the amount that got it flagged. Update finally got the depo in apparently my bank had reduced the allowed maximum amount of overseas purchases...

Aye that they should although considering the consequences with depoing errors one would think a reply would have been given in less than 24 hours, which sadly hasnt happened not even a sorry were looking into the issue.

Finally got my Quad back only problem I'm out almost 30 ped in fuel now hopefully this never happens again and to no one else.

I checked around twins there's only the occasional scout like normal but lots of adults and youngs.

Thanks for letting me meet new people who became friends, who then became like family. EU is one few games that I'm proud to be apart of and its community while at times can be bad, still has a silver lining of hope under all the bad.

From a Economical stand point spreading out the ores to other planets would be a blessing in disguise as it would stimulate that planets development and growth, and besides finding everything on one planet doesn't seem quite as feasible from a realistic standpoint.
