Only during an annual robot incursion event. Happens just before Easter mayhem.
Sorry you are out of luck.

Yeah 25996, 27559 nice location to hunt Gen 04 to Gen 010 (mostly Gen 06 to 08)

Encountered only once the Elite Gen3.

PvP Contaminated Area, 5 ped Anti-Toxic needed :-/ (Category 2 Daily mission gives 4 token instead of 2 though... guess it pays for the Anti-Toxic -_-)

(No vehicles allowed)

edit : first time i had no problems, but second time got killed twice by players 10 times my level... From now on, i'll abandon this Daily Mission if i receive it.

During some robot events they spawn around Camp Phoenix, outside of those events they´re only inside pvp4
