Lol. Same here log in from addiction like old days buy stay 1 hour check auction talk to friends and log off.
Turn on my 3d led new tv and save money enjoying life with my little son been the life from last month.

Tried also FOMA yesterday with D-class, had some FABULOUS 100ped HOFs and 70% return... YEY

My current run gives me this feeling too. III to V claims are common this run with Terra amp. Before the VU it was almost always VI to VIII. 13 amps burned so far.
 
Seems like I will make a looooooong break from this game, 11x lvl5 amps no globals, last 9 amps dropped in last 2 days all on Caly with shitty returns. gl

Congratz.

Going in the right direction, as soon as the hof board gets some more decent sizes the 100ped hofs should be just a bad memory from once upon a time in entropia :)
 
My mining style for about 2 1/2 months...log in, check auction, log out :(

I look at the globals and this reduced global threshold not making things look better either. Starting to fear "Harvest has found 25ped of lyst and has been entered into the Hall of Fame!"

I think the global threshold is only limited to low lvl hunting mobs.
 
Yea that global thing is a kick in the balls...
I killed some random daikiba near a claim and almost fell outta my chair... only to realise my global was worth 14ped....

Am I missing something? When were these changes added in... the lower global threshhold and changed mining. Was there some official announcement I missed?

The mining changes no...the lower global threshold for mobs, ya...was in the last VU notes.
 
as i sad before, i think this change helps the game where u have no Personal loot and more balanced return. #

On the other hand, most of the last posts are talking about not mining playing anymore, but if u check auction u will see that even like this as u dont play the crafter dont need mroe minerals because the MU for most ores is down! so i think the overal system (Mining-Crafting) works ok for MA too even whit this smal size of global.

Fakt is that some players learn to live whit the changed system others not.

I really understand those that would prefer abit of gambling.. maybe MA will add something for it.

Dont forget till now every one was calling this game a Casino, lately i dont hear this and im happy about it.

How come your not moaning about big hunting hof's if you're so concerned about balance in the universe...:rolleyes:

I'd guess it's mostly for your own selfish personal interest. Just a hunch. ;)

Looking at the hof list, seems you can still get a decent tower ... even if you're only three days playing :scratch2:

sounds about right.... Guess it's time to do unamped mining on a new char and delete it every 3 days after extracting his skills..... (not going to do this but seems like the only way to get ahead!)

Guess that depend on what you consider a decent tower. ;)


But ya, running un-amped or with level 5 and looking for a small tower on foma or hell or a lucky hit on planet is your thing, I say go for it....Although the way it's going in EU these days the next VU i suppose a tower will be 1k...lol

Must be language thing...the more the Swedes "understand" the worse it gets....;)

Seems like making all amps above level 5 useless is good for EU...lol...

Level 6 and up makers...you might find a few suckers yet that don't know...lol sell sell selll!! :D

With a decreased mining hof list lately, 11k is an ath. And looking at previous comments, it was thought it was virtually impossible to get anything above a few hundred peds, amped, in improved mining areas. I barely even find a hit unamped atm so maybe the fluctuations have been adjusted a bit afterall.
 


Not much to say really....except :lolup: very "dynamic".....:rolleyes:
 
What a nice way to celebrate 10 years for miners. Our line of work is pretty much depleted, at least on Calypso
