Vehicles climb hills quite slow. Wheel grip factor and HP are affecting that.
Vehicles ONLY decay when taking damage. My model consumes 0.17 ped of oil at 10km.

Haha be sure the ones you pay for will have collision and take damage for all that bumping. Not to mention parts wear down more everytime the vehicle goes airborn.

Umm, at the start of that video you are driving up a hill. Were you driving slow or was it getting stuck on that small hill? If it was getting stuck, that's pretty sad.
