Hmm, was fiddling around with customizations, and came along this button. I haven't seen it before, so just wanted to point it out . I might be a bit late, so sorry .

Just a little 'Exit Vehicle' button, with what looks like an old sedan on it .

There are 3 (I think) vehicle-related buttons in the Action Library, and several videos of vehicles in use ingame on Youtube (one posted by MindArk, several posted by users who filmed the vehicles when MA/FPC showed them off with a little roleplay)

It's called Operate and shows when you right-click on the vehicle.

This button doesnt mean anything - there's also "loot" button, but I havent seen any loot recently
