Does anyone know how to get in touch with Marcus Callendar The Estate Broker to make an offer on one of his houses? This one seems to be owned by him:

This is MindArks avatar for holding deeds for estates and such untill they are ripe for auction. So you cant :(

Oh you can, just write a support case and ask kindly if it is possible to place this house into auction at a ridiculous high startbid and without buyout.
Maybe MA notice that there is someone who wants to deposit a larger amount of PED, for nearly useless item without TT value ;)

Thanks guys. I wish it was easier to get a house. I really like that style out of the available choices.

Maybe you find a house that is owned by player.
Find the player make a offer for the house, maybe someone sells.

Check the estate section of the auction regularly, sometimes there are houses up for sale.

Sooner or later, this new houses will be at auction, too.
Without the need of filing a support case.
MA surely wants some money put into the game for this houses :)

Rogue Plains #6 has been on the auction almost all week. Just expired yesterday. I'll bet you could track that guy down...

Yep. I noticed that as well. I think Rogue Plains #5 is on there right now. The little/big mansions are kind of difficult for me to navigate around in. Plus you can't see through their windows.

I really like the single room houses with the large half-circle steps in the front and, to a lesser degree, the Spanish style homes with two floors.

These two types do sometimes come up on auction too, but very few houses of any kind are offered for sale, partly because they are much rarer than apartments. Guess you just have to keep watching the auction, or you could try putting an offer in the Buying section of this forum.
