Im having a problem with new update

Anybody else has this problem??,when im downloading the new update , my antivirus (avg free edition) says that it has trojan i make heal... np but when update finishes it doesnt happen nothing ... i open again entropia and it is making again the update any help please!!!

PS:the update stops saying that file is corrupt and then message from antivirus appears

I guess I am lucky, I use AVG free but have had no problems at all

yeh i have the same problem.

i dont know why MA havent repared the ishue with the clientpatchdownloader executable thow , AVG is a realy popular antivirus and the only way you can get into PE is turning it off...

pretty disconcerting having to turn off you're security protocols on you're pc in order to connect to a RCE universe thow.

I was feeling quite smug because of no problems with AVG too, up till a few minutes ago, when a mini update tried to download, now i'm in the trojan boat with the rest of you Hope yours doesn't develop too sally.

i got the same problem, turned of firewalls/antivirus/antispy and........

NADA nothing the danm thing just wont work

i you go to the taskmanager and end process tree on the resident sheld program ( pretty crittical precess) of avg it will work

how to disable your avg antivirus temporarily.

doubbleclick the avg icon in the taskbar
doubleclick the resident shield
uncheck "turn on ..avg...bla bla" hit apply
now run the clientloader and log in.
recheck the "turn on avg bla bla" and hit apply.

done.
