Just an update - all my skilling was done a few days ago. Currently experiencing worst draw down in my 10 years - as if the previous 12k hof didn't even happen. I can say, just as I usually do when this happens, that I am questioning life choices.

That they impact your TT returns. The TT loss you incur is the looter rake + skills (likely eff or some form of the two) - as of my tracking of April 30th, this is on point still. So, using skill pills increases rake to MA. I am still tracking it and I won't say definitively for some months yet until I see the bounce backs to within the 100% margin like I have 3 times already.

Always had feeling this is happening, but dont have relevant data. but honestly dont remember run with standard tt return during use of 100% skill pill.

I've seen enough to never touch a skill pill again. Doesn't matter if I am right or wrong. The exception I've made was to get in the mod nano maxed. Outside of that, never again.

I am currently at 3M cycled tracking. I will likely make a post at 5M and update at the 5M cycles.

In an attempt to turn the tides of fortune, Meloveyou makes a pivotal decision and changes his weapon, opting for the Modified Nano-Blade. But alas, it seems that this new choice brings with it a shadow of misfortune. The blade, once hoped to be a harbinger of better luck, proves to be a cursed instrument. Its performance leaves him disillusioned, as if fate itself conspires to thwart any chance of redemption.

As Meloveyou Longtime Fivedolla battles through this turbulent phase of his journey, he must contend not only with financial loss but also the emotional toll of disappointment. The path he treads seems fraught with pitfalls, and the future appears shrouded in uncertainty.

Yet, amidst the desolate landscape of setbacks, our protagonist refuses to surrender. He clings to the belief that better days will come and that perseverance, in the face of adversity, is the true measure of character. The tale of his 10-year journey is far from over, and only time will reveal what unforeseen twists and turns the future holds for Meloveyou in the enigmatic world of Entropia Universe.

I hope this is not true but I suspect it is. I get bad returns with/without skill pills so cannot test.

A few more months and we will see it all in 4K.

Nothing in Entropia is free and you would be a fool to think anything is.

That's also 20k loss after selling 40k in markup. Right now I am owed around 16k-30k based on the tracking (the range dictated by the accepted margins of the experiment, 0.5%)

Are you saying you are down about 100K ped in near 4 years on 13Millon (about) ped cycled using some choice level gear?

how does 100K loss work out to 97% returns? 3% of 13million is 390K? big difference - i must be missing something (thanks in advance for clarifying for this noob)

you didn't loot any items, no event wins, rare token to pull a wep etc...? All that listed above except the chip is borrowed?

you included all MU from shrapnel, items looted and sold or sitting in inventory?

PS - at least you got people to lend you nice stuff - try seeing what your results would be using the crap the rest of us have to use.

Lend me stuff? No. I change gear every so often. There's the rare occasion I will get to borrow something like armor but I don't like to borrow things. The note you quoted is straight TT return and the Final is after Markup. However, I am down this year even with markup. Even while selling over 40,000 ped of MU a month for the last few months.

I don't loot items. I am not of a particular persuasion /s. All my gear is my own gear. I say I don't loot items, but I have looted a few titan pieces. However, it should be noted that the TT loss incurred while looting almost an entire set was not enough to cover and that is pretty typical honestly.

my apols i thought your OP mentioned borrowing items.

so even after selling high cost stuff your down - that just proves to me MA has exhausted milking the lower end and now they are looking up the chain for their $ (yes conspiracy theory here).

can you explain the difference of the 100K your down vesrsu the 390K that would be about 3% TT loss ? sorry just want to follow this as i am always told i am counting wrong and i HAVE to be at 90% - which i am no where near - ever.

So yea i believe you are getting losses - MA only cares about a few players but hey maybe they will throw you an ATH after this thread - ill take 5% for the nudge :)
 
Not sure where you are getting 100k.

Over last 4 years, I am down -456,900ped TT in hunting alone. Over -620k down overall. Markup has bridged the gap some but if not for a mayhem pull, I would be full red. Would have been really up from the mayhem pull if not for being screwed over by someone's alt a few hours before I was able to pull.

from the second post where you list out the TT spend versus returns. its about 97% returns on 13Mill spend and the loss column adds to about 100K loss - which is why i asked as yea i would expect you lost a lot more - unfortunately.
