Can anybody tell me what drops Master Coat BPs

ETOPIA might some day..

Master Coat is a lvl 7 blueprint. lvl 5 does drop lvl 7 blueprints but I think the chance that you loot this bp is 0.0000005%.

So my answer would be, nothing will drop this bp nor BPs

I don't know how many of these are out there, but it will only be a hand full and I doubt anyone will sell it.

didnt hear of any drop since years...
It will more likely drop from auction one day or an other
anyway , right now its a bit a useless bp ... no material to craft that coat.
