So far I don't know if they are still dropping. I haven't heard anything about it, but they do seem to keep popping up on the AH, so I'm not sure.
 
I don't know if you are just are interested in "Calypso only" MF chip drops,but when I was hunting on RT..The Zombies dropped them as well.

I can confirm that Tiarak, up to Guardian at least drop Electric Attack Nanochip I, II, & III

Now amended seems the above chips drop from up to Stalker

no idea what dropped it but i been using it for 5 months so it most definitely was discovered by someone out there :)

Got Cryogenic Attack Nanochips I-VII from Scoria about a month or two ago...About 6 or 7 months ago, I looted a Regeneration V (UL) chip from a Feffoid.
 
Kinetic Attack Nanochip VII (L), got multiple drops from Second Entities today :yay:

I probably won't make a list for (L) chips, but if people are taking time to read the whole thread, I'm sure they find that information useful.

Teleport I (UL) - feffoid (cave)

Health Augmentation Chip I (L) (Treaskeron) --> also drops from allophyl.
 
Teleportation Chip VII UL from warlock / "Discovered" by Slate = super rare.

Regeneration Chip XI L from warlock, also a rare find.

Updated the list with the new drop information.

I have not updated the arson chips for Ubo, as I currently don't know if they will continue to drop after the update on Arkadia.

Keep em comming! Still a few missing.
 
Added "Cryogenic Attack Nanochip VIII (Chomper)" to the list.
 
Lots of mindforce chips drop on Monria, including unL ones. Here is a loot table.

I don't know how much people are interested in knowing about the (L) chips.

Reasons I made the post is because there wasn't much information about any of the drop rates at all.
 
Well I'll not post (L) chips until I hear from someone who says otherwise. If anybody would like to have (L) chip drops listed, then just reply to this thread and I will continue to list them.
