Question: My Shadow Helmet is bugged

After the upload, my shadow Helmet (Tier 2.6) haved no Stats/Info. I makes already an Support Case on 11.10.2012, but still i have "NOOO" answer from MA and is still bugged... MA is very slow to fix Items atm
Did any1 haved an bugged item too?

I had this with an L gun after the VU, I never fixed it but of course I TTed it when it broke so it wasn't really important.

Someone told me it could be fixed by putting it down on the ground and picking it up again. I wouldn't really recommend that with a Shadow Helmet in a public area though I assume it would work in an apartment or shop, or perhaps by trading it to someone and back again, so hopefully you can find a way to do that without any risk.

I got the same issue with one of my items. I did try dropping it (somewhere with no green dots in sight!) and once I picked it back up, I saw the info.

Put it in storage, close storage, and then take it out again.

Had the same problem with F105. Storage fix didn't work but dropping & picking up did.
