I always called it "The Rock" but in general, that does sound too generic and should prolly be left as a nickname only imo.

Although to keep it simple would be best.

Thus:
BlackRock (Domes/Minor/resort/S-Type/Outpost/Colony/etc...) could work well into it's common nickname....And it even sounds cool and not so hokey. (i.e CND sounded cool, yet "Club NeverDie" sounded kinda...Welll...)
