You must look on this thing from different prespective.. Go and mine, now its the right time 
Also maybe you missed it but there is scheduled update for today and i believe they fix this...
And dont tell anybody you are going to end... You are pretty much addicted, else you would not complain about no-mobs for one and half day

Every update has the chance to break something, its the same in every single online game out there...at least they fixed it fast, eh
