some of the new blueprints are out...

the new weapon bp look very good..they use also some forgotten materials like basic filters...so they get a new use now..:)


the new component,weapon gizmo,attachment and tech...are inside 1 crafting chain , but the end is sadly not yet visible...

you craft a component 3 for example-> this is used then in component 4 or weapon 3... but there is no end product like a weapon,finder..etc...maybe we also have to discover them yet...

SGA has looked into it again and from their findings and what MA has told them about EPs is that it still falls under the simple rule: You gain skills to sale to others and hence is not a casino. Yes SGA stated THIS!
Here into Switzerland, it would not be alowed. I don't sayd in Sweeden! The only thing you hear here, is that it is a scam, looking like a game, but is more or less a casino. No miracle, if they look at EP crafting, and think like that.

And why the heck we can do AFK crafting? We can't do AFK hunt or mining. All around you just see ppl at slot..., em sory craftmachines, but they are more or less a ghost. How fun for the others, play the game for fun. All around ppl, but noone is realy online. Looks a bit like Bitcoin mining, but there you get most profit.

Do you see, how bad ep crafting is for promotion? A MMO gamer don't want play into a ghost game and gamblers go to real casinos. Into countries like Switzerland, noone of the gaming promoters make promotion for a game like EU, about the discussed casino factor.

Can you tell me what is a plus for everyone, if we have EP c. like now. The only plus i see is a milk cow for MA, but not for the game, nor for the game fun. But may you can change my mind.

293 signatures including some of the most skilled players in the game and MA still wont even talk about adding a measly nova or bottle of sweat to the BP

There is no way their short term profits they make off lazy gamblers clicking EP is more than the peds lost from loss of long term players.

I've been around about 12 years and I know there is no way I wouldve stuck around in the early years if mark ups on looted materials were this rock bottom low back then

Seems I missed this post and you are 100% right. All I was saying was that the SGA (Swedish Gambling Authority) does know about this issue and that they support it because they were told and verified that this is not gambling because we are trading skills.:eyecrazy:

I forgot if I posted this idea or not, but had a great idea to open a casino where the only item you needed to by would be the ID card which you would need to use on all systems when played on site or online. Then with that ID card you could then go online and sale your skills you collected which if someone bought could give them better odds in winning. 100% suported by the SGA.

People have adapted to live with this evil BP now. Don't think it should be removed and i don't believe they ever planned to remove it anyway

So many pages with post for remove or change Explosive crafting, but MA seems blind and don't listen. Again, i dont like slotmachines like ep crafting is.

Yea, is a slotmachine, also if it looks like a craftmachine. You buy coins, you insert coins, you may get lucky. But it have noting to do with crafting. It just looks different.

to get it to work everyone who signed this petition should just stop spending peds. Otherwise MA simply wont care. I am stopping to play until things change because right now this casino is far too costy for the return it offers

I dig this thread up because of the upcoming AMA with new CEO. Community knows that there is zero reason for providing so huge supply of Explosive Projectile to the market. Nanocubes available in trade terminal simply play the role of a gambling token rather than crafting ingredient. Blueprint levels represent the value of the bet. You don't even need skills to gamble. You can buy them or simply gamble under your level. You can do high risk or low risk gambling (quantity & condition). Activity is mostly determined by chance. All you can do is to slightly increase your winning chance by having a high QR blueprint or more skill chips. I hope that Henrik reads the forum and this little *bump* will help him to refresh his point of view on this issue.

Explosive Projectiles "crafting" is so closely related to slot machine gambling that in fact, from new 2019 legal perspective, you could consider it gambling or lottery. Hiding a casino slot machine behind the curtain of "crafting" for sure helps to avoid many legal requirements.
Nanocubes, crafting machine, skill chips, blueprints - it is all smoke and mirrors, a doors behind which you can find pure gambling slot machine with 95% average return to player ratio.

We need new CEO fresh opinion on this. It is crucial for the game and its community.

This petition will be a subject of some of my questions to Henrik, partially connected with MindArk cooperation with Swedish Gambling Authority & EGBA. Let's give him a chance to check again what community thinks about crafting EP with TT ingredients.

when crafting ep id differentiate between the different bp levels.

ep1 for low level skilling is ok imo. quite similar to tt weapon with tt ammo or tt finder with tt probes.

ep2 may have the same reason to exist.

ep3 is borderline imo but even that might be okay, regarding 2 ped per click is not too much difference from an F101 with 1,5 ped per drop on treasure.

ep4 is far away from ok. its similar to using a level 13 or terra 10 amp from TT or a huge ass gun. so to speak its endgame content coming from TT. yes, you need to buy the bp once but the price for it is far away from those of the guns giving enough dps to hunt 20 ped per kill mobs and for the mining amps you always have to pay markup, generally around 120%. so why should crafters get all this basically for TT? vastly unfair and needs to be removed. if they wanne gamble they should pay MU like everyone else does as well.

for supplying explosive projectiles the ep1-3 bps are by far big enough

What's gonna be next??? Petition to remove amp 13 also cause they might get a ATH and spend peds for it?

I know people that clicked those EP night and day and yes they did get a biggy, but not much more than they ever spend ....

And this is complete BS!

Most hunters own UL gear, weapons aswell armors, they dont need to pay MU to grind with high eco IMKII or MM.
Top end hunters now own the FEN UL guns.

Sure during events they add enhancers and eat pills that cost MU, but its events.
So where is the events for the crafters where you can win an item thats value is 20k+ PEDs or even a lot more if you look at FEN guns.

Crafting EP has artifically no MU, so it may be considered gambling. Other say its skilling.

Going with IMKIIs or MMs or new UL guns vs big mobs you can loot a lot of nice MU, which simply does not exist in EP, so why is it unfair if you can do it for TT input only, when all hunters have the same option to do that.

In mining not that much UL amps exist, but there is some around, where you also dont have to pay MU to go high stakes.

Why the hell this comunity always wants to force crafters to pay MU to the others while all others can play (skill, gamble doesn´t matter how you call it) without a pec MU ???

I suggested to officials back in SGA that ep ammo should be the same as the other types ,, via TT , seems along with adding BPs to craft it and taking out blp weapon cells from loot they have gone the other way,,, now with shrapnel Bps don't be surprized soon when they remove ammo altogether from the TT

ps forgot to mention isn't it about bloody time they bring out scopes and amps for ep weapons too ,,,,,,,,,,, my two pecs

Interesting thought... If they remove Ammo from the TT that would make Crafting explosive's non gambling and Productive and would also drive MU in the whole economy...

I kind of like that idea.... and that would fix the issue of it being seen as gabling… but as it is currently... ITS GABLING!!! why?

It is the only BP to exists that has four tiers that produce the exact same item...
It is the only BP that uses one Item and that one Item is available from the Trade Terminal...
This item can just be seen as a TOKEN to play the Crafting machine (reads Slot machine)

@GoNi and others who have argued the same point....
Its not about making the crafter pay MU... its about creating a healthy economy... crafters that sell below cost are the problem... if you don't want to loose PEDs crafting... as someone under cuts you... don't craft it?
MU is what we all want its what we all need... sure some people will end up picking up the tab but it don't have to be you.

Problem I see in the community is everybody wants it NOW... they don't care for waiting...


Two Options now that I see thanks to Funky...

Remove/Heavily modify they way EP IV works...

or

Remove all Ammunition from the Trade terminal...

basic auxiliary socket BP
basic auxiliary socket adjusted BP (L)
basic auxiliary socket improved BP (L)
basic auxiliary socket modified BP (L)

and there's a few more components which should have 4 tiers of BPs.

although, just like the droprate of EP BPs, the droprate of higher tier component BPs may have been nerfed into oblivion...

Note that these other blueprints you offer up are Limited and are "rareish"... your not able to click day in day out and also you cannot buy the crafting material from the Trade terminal to craft this....

sure, but droprate of those BPs is something MA can tweak.

remove all the UL guns, armor and attachment and/or remove the ammo burn from amps, then there may be a healthy economy...
oh and make sub warp drives, energy source and armament devices for MS decay too.
Armament device III costs 280 PED TT per click, would boost the economy quite a bit, if those would need to be crafted quite frequently....

I have several UL BPs, yes, but i have to pay MU on every click, forever... how often do you UL gear hunters have to pay MU? Once, that's it, then you're just pumping up the market with ressources while never buying anything crafted, except enhancers and then you come to the forum and complain that crafters don't buy your materials...

and that MU is usually…. (for the good stuff)... a Heck of a lot..

and once again....

your MU should be passed on to the customer... your the problem if you sell at a loss...

The problem is there's no point in crafting various amps because the hunters are using UL stuff and then there's no use for several materials from hunting and they end up as tt-food...

I have some amp BPs, where materials are avaible and which i'd like to craft, but i don't craft them, because people are using omegaton or fi/ra/co and therefor i won't be able to sell those amps...

NO. Never, ever simply remove items in players' possession. This would be a dam break and cardinal sin. We know of one acrimonious instance and don't want to see them exercise their powers in this way ever again.

They have recently overhauled the loot system to make efficiency count, and then introduced a series of purely limited, craftable items with superior efficiency outmoding most items in existence, limited and unlimited. As a crafter, you should see that these measures are all directed to serve exactly your position.

EP stands outside of all this.
