Selling Art In-game... How?

I have noticed quite a few artists/photographers selling their art in-game on various "panels/canvas like boards".

I myself am a photographer and I am wondering how does one accomplish this? Is there a guide somewhere that I haven't found?

Any information would be gold :)

You must buy sign and then upload your photos on it.
And then you can place them in shops or auction to sell them.
For art probably shop is better.

not sure if its the same for all but my signs DONT work atm, they show the old pics/text I have installed before vu 10.0 but I cannot change them, "OPERATE" brings NO action at all.

aww that would be a shame. I was hoping to sell some Art on Arkadia once the estate sales are rolling there in august.

Tried recently? Mine started working a while back.
