That should make things easier.

First things first we need to find a total noob and see how far (if at all) the green bar is along 88. Then we should be able to figure out the rest from your numbers here and others earlier in the thread.

On the downside, I guess NRF no longer works.

Start Health level for Avatar with 1 in All skills is somewhere between 88 and 89
Lets say 88,5
=> it creates a error margin on this particular item of 0,5 at the most.

Total "expect" Health level for Nicole = 102,4 + 88,5 = 190.9


HP shown in screenshot = 190

Conclusion:
So far the method works with very low error margin.
And the known HP modifiers explain over 98% of the health level.
