Question: What's actually changed at Athena Spaceport?

Release notes for the latest VU (or maybe the one before that) stated that there were changes at Athena Spaceport. I went there last night, and it isn't at all obvious what those changes are. Any ideas?

They finally installed an auctioneer and a technitian in the service center.

I got the impression allot of the changes were performance related rather than visual.

Didnt they removed that FPS lag bug finally when you watched to athena from jurreau ?
