It is broken. You can never undo the inflation of Tokens caused by Resource Mayhem - So no, it is not fixable. That is why they shut it... -

Just scrap Mayhem entirely. Make new event formats. The situation with Tokens is what it is. Just phase out Mayhem completely, and see... -
