hay hay! not tryin to be mean or anything! I just think all this momentum and then having no one show! i am thick in this story to, and really want to see what happens all in fun and games is why i said that...:eek::scratch2::(
 
I enjoy this game for the maturity level of most of its players and the fact that almost everyone I run into is willing to help each other out!! The fact that information was withheld from the rest of us, seems to (hard not to assume this) suggest "certain" people were hoping the fewer numbers would benefit them.

Now, before those who WERE there try to justify their actions, Im not looking for a response. Just venting out, on this post, my dissappointment in fellow players for not sharing the CORRECT information.

Thanks for all those who share so selflessly!! Your zeal and eagerness for all to participate with the exciting events unfolding on calypso are much appreciated!!

You need a lot of good will to make it a pentagram, but sure Crone, I had the same thought.

However, at the bottom point there are no Umbranoid's nor is it Kerberos, which may indicate that we're on the wrong track.
Furthermore is the down-pointed pentagram used by Freemasons such as Order of the Eastern Star for instance, and it seems pretty clear that ABC are the quite opposite to those sects and not very keen on them.
Though, the up-pointed pentagram has been used by both Jewish and Christian mystics aswell as pegan cults such as the Wicca cult, which we've seen examples of in this event already. The symbol itself can in fact be found even earlier in history (in, among other, ancient Greece and Babylonia).

To avoid misunderstandings in this thread I'd like stress that The Pentagram, is not originally a Satanist symbol at all. It's a 20th century fabrication which can be traced directly to Hollywood movies and the weirdo Anton LaVei's Church Of Satan (San Fransisco), and the 80's satanic Heavy Metal culture, with band such as Venom for instance.

I would just like to point out that the pentagram is a lot older then a hundred years old. :tiphat:
(The idea that it is a satanist symbol is relatively young, though.)

OK, so the apartment is nice and the screen says that the Ordo Serpentis is behind this, they have been building nodes that can be used to open the yellow door, and that the statue somehow holds the key or needs the key...The black orb seems to be a gateway thru which a new mob (or perhaps a mob category) will be coming thru (or did that just refer to the uber argo / eomon / hogglos attack today?)

Also seems that we are not going to see ABC again, but now need to figure out what the hell the initiation path for the Order of the Serpent is...

A little convoluted, but at least MA is trying to make some sense:)

Thank you for the transcript. I would have +repped you, except for the fact that you and the 9 others chose not to share the correct meeting time with the rest of the community. Even posting a quick message after the meeting to warn the rest of us that we were wasting our time would have been nice.

Why was the wrong time posted? Both in this thread and in the other thread concerned with the Nov 15th event. Was a genuine mistake? Made by everybody?

Or was it deliberately done to keep the majority away from this particular event?

I am quite pissed as well for waisting two hours of my time waiting for something to happen, for a change :(

Although I always thought that this note events are crap and bulls**t, for once I wanted to participate and see if anything interesting was going to happen.

I won't give a s**t about this boring swedish soap opera. :mad:

If I remember this story right Cornelius was Adrijannas ingame friend. He was with her at the first note event.

But he has also handed her a note earlier in game, this should have been before the notes appeared in EU.

I think it's sad that people who havn't done jack shit to solve the mystery gets pissed off because a simple mistake occured. Shit happens...
I, and everyone else who's, one way or another, been involved in solving the codes, are just as much to blame. We all could have double checked the info, and corrected the mistake - evidently some did too... I just blame myself, but not to hard though, I was busy trying to translate the polyglott, and been working on a translation of the background info about the notes, which takes a lot of my spare time.
To blame others is just immature and not very thought trough in my eyes.

But I would like to take the people who actually went to the meeting by the ear a bit:
You have taken advantage of many other peoples work in the past regarding this event, but you didn't post the time (not even afterwords) for us to see, and that doesn't feel quite alright if I may say so.
This is supposed to be a team effort, and reading what Adam and Bravo actually said just a few days ago, the key words are:
[Bravo] Give. Share. Love.
[Bravo] That is the key. That is the way.

I will keep sharing my discoveries, and can only hope that others will follow.

Now we're waiting for more clues, and of course where the hell The Yellow Portal is...?! :)

I am really impressed by the efforts the community did and is still doing to decode the notes, especially when at the beginning nobody had a clue what they were all about.

I don't blame anyone for not sharing the right time of the "event" yesterday, I am really just pissed for having waisted my time on this.

The last conversation those avatars had yesterday with people who were present, is again about Adrijanna and Maria, Maria and Adrijanna, what is taht supposed to mean? Who is following that tv show except few swedish players of our community? What is the benefit or the fun aspect for the entire community?
As I don't seem to be getting the point, I just say to you all involved have fun, as I am sure you do, but it is certainly not something for everyone to enjoy. It's just a pity, that's all...

This is the info I have after trawling through loads of threads over the last couple of weeks.

25th Oct at 9376/15550 - was this ABC's first meeting? is there a transcript?

10th Nov at 9802/6140 Nus Lull - Actually had time for this one, a lot of fun and a great laugh, got transcript

15th Nov at 13081/15532 Amok Sellis - Oops I was there at the wrong time but I have read the transcript then they went to the statue 6600/14000.

I also have coords for 5745/14085 Umbra Camp? or Feffoid Camp? Did anything happen here? what? when? any info appreciated. (Sorry cant find the thread about that so cant remember why I wrote it down)

Pepper on your map you have a dot NE Twin Peaks, was this a meeting? what happened? what the coords?

Sorry, I know its a lot of questions. I am not being lazy, I have given myself a headache reading threads over and over again and going through all my notes, maybe exhaustion is creeping in now (thanks MA). Hmm I need a coffee.

Oh one more question, do you guys think there will be more notes/clues?

One small observation, Bravo didnt say anything.... strange...was he there?

I did post a longer answer in another thread and I know u will read that, but my short conclusion is:

[Adam] The Black Gate heralds a new age in this universe. The Yellow Door is of another, perhaps more familiar, world.

Yellow gate is in the REAL WORLD so we don't need to find it.
Our gate is the Black Orb.
The Mystery Statue north of Orthos is the thing that in the end will activate the Orb.
What we need to do is to find out how to activate it. Ordo Serpentis has put places/devices on Calypso that we have to use to do this.

[Cassandra] Right now there is someone else who needs our help though. Behind you is a statue. It is connected to my mother. It has her name inscribed. She is the free soul, the bird, but she is trapped in stone. The Order of the Serpent has been building a network of magical nodes we can use this to open the

I start to think about the Torrofid Temple... if I recal right there is a door or somethingm I know that people has tryed different germs to activate this. Hopefulle the angelnames and othe clues will help us to find the way to activate the orb. The pentagram thing is a good idea, but as some of you say, it's up side down and at the low point is nothing. Maybe we shall go back to the old places for ABC meetings to try to find od things. I know that Nus Lull has some strange writing on the table inside. Maybe we can find other clues. In the Umbra camp for the first meeting there are small houses with doors... Anyone else has ideas?

And if you think I'm out in the blue with this, please tell me.

To answer your questions, atleast a bit.
I live in Sweden atm and I only saw the first episode. You really don't have to see any of it. The game part is a section in it self, a pretty fun event if you focus only on that. The background info is just on "need to know basis" and got very little to do with our job here, If you so chose...
What we got now is a statue with mystical writings on it, we got a black orb that appearantly is a Portal to another world, so is the Yellow gate - which still remains to be discovered... They are both supposed to lead to different places, but we have to figure out how they work.
This is an event, our event. We don't have to care very much about Maria and Adrijanna - they're just guest characters in our event - nothing more. I'm working on a relevant summery and translation of the background story, so that those who are interested to learn more will be able to do so.

Very recently a spawn of high maturity Argos appeared near The Orb. Even the event mob Rarkash were there and a new strong mob, Ludark too.
Things happening all the time, all you have to do is follow.

I can understand that not everyone likes riddles and mysteries, but some of us do - and let us worry about that if you don't care. But you're more than welcome to participate if you do.

Enjoy the fun, instead of focusing on things or persons you don't have to worry about.

All suggestions are welcome! I was out scouting the outback of the pressumed down-point of the pentagram yesterday, but the area is huge...

I also checked out the cave at Lim (again) since it's in the middle of the pentaram, but nothing had changed.

We got several crypric clues to figure out..for instance:
"return to the meadows" "clung to the trees"...

Please, go right ahead guessing folks. Your guess is as good as mine.

This is how I read that line:
The familiar world is the real world, where Conspirare will find there yellow gate. The orb is our gate to other places. So we need to concentrate on the orb.

There will be Orbs on all the plantes, so the Calypso orb is one of many orbs. (Like in Star Gate)

This is for sure the Mystery Statue IMO.
If we find the magical nodes we will free Ingela(the mother) and that will open/activate the orb and we can start to travell between planets.

Aren't these supposed to be coords? Did she use all "angels" by now or did she skipp a few? If so, do the others hold coords aswell?

The point of the pentagram could be anywhere on a straigth line. Since all metings till now where at camps/outposts maybe there's an outpost/camp on that line, close to that line aswell?

When you google on the yellow door you'll get a lot of hits. Also any website could be considered "door"; any yellow website involved maybe yellow pages? It could also be an actual yellow door on eart. The companies involved do they happen to have a yellow door?

Jewish pentagram, a "davids star" is yellow.

Yellow and gold are often mixed up.

Did anyone care to check the EF gallery on yellow doors?

A pentagram could be drawn when we have the outer points but also is we had the inner points.

Crone is just putting down what he thinks, maybe someone else gets an idea.
 
If the orb is going to lead to knew worlds then... why the rush?

Wasn't is said that new worlds would come AFTER cryengine?
