Nail in the coffin, my eye. As an Arkadia Adviser I frequently talk to brand-new players who use the word "bomb". And I know they're not second avas because they need help with basic things like using the auction, TT, sweating, etc. They either get it from the old guides or because they have RL friends who play EU.
Gratz Eva, and don't make a new ava... new players don't have better luck than older ones, it's just that older players tend to keep uber loots like this quiet to avoid jealous haters. And not "everyone" has a second avatar. It IS against the EULA after all, and some of the haters might just want to see you get banned.
My advice for getting the most out of your windfall:
--If you treat EU like a casino, you'll lose it all eventually.
--Play the game for 6 months or a year before chipping in skills or buying equipment above your natural level. Follow the SIB ladder conservatively.
--As in real life, new best friends will start popping up all over. Watch out for scammers.
--Get a trustworthy mentor who has the same philosophy about the game as you do.
--Balance time spent in EU with time spent in real life. Keep it healthy, don't chase the next hof and don't plan on ever find another uber loot like this again. Most uber miners never find anything this big, though they may rack up hundreds of thousands of peds of globals.
--Don't forget to have fun!

Withdraw the money before you spend it all (you will spend it all) and don't look back. Or perhaps at the very least, withdraw $6000 and keep only $500 for your gameplay.

Don't listen to the whiners, since you are new, put a couple stacks of peds (20k or so) aside in your storage and don't touch it for a couple months. Take the rest and just have fun with it, do whatever you want and don't worry what anyone says. If you lose it, you still have the 20k and the knowledge to know what you want to do with it, even if that is withdraw it.

If the system allows such Hof beginners, and you're not the first example, many players will think about the termination of the development of skills.
I am also a beginner, and my balance in the game is a plus.
But I see no incentive to develop further, if it happens only occasionally.

Quite honestly, when i first read about you i was damn confident that you were a second ava , as no new player i have heard or seen tries out for foma so quickly and just the knowledge you had. Did not post because it really dint matter who you were , second or first. Either ways , you gamed the system which is not often people can do. Generally its vice versa and i loved the fact that someone actually gamed it
However, it came to my memory that when i started playing entropia i actually researched the forum for 2 weeks while the game was downloading ( our connection speed sucks) and when i actually spoke to some people in my early days , they thought the same as most think of you. (PS : Noone really cared though as i did not even get a hof in my early days )
Wish you the best with entropia. If you are new indeed as you say and which i believe is quite possible now, then remember to
1. Invest some peds into activities to make the peds grow
2. Keep mining. It is hands down the best in terms of profiting at lower levels. Go for mark up ores/enmatter hereon , as you will need it.
3. Do not mock at the community. Some have been through hard times and to them this feels like an outrage. I dont care mostly because for me my real life ATH's are more important, but thats just me. We do have one of the best communities in the gaming world out here, even if at times the RCE bit brings in jealousy and prejudice.
