Got customer #14 today, Abdul Nomad Sabur donated 7.5 ped per attempt, which broke even perfectly.
It took 5 attempts total, so he ended up donating 37.5 ped, and I used 37.5 ped worth of materials.
Break even is good!

Edit: After the haircut he gave an extra 25 ped. How generous!
