Its very simple:
I love electronic music,and i almost gave it up because for years i didnt hear anything REAL good...Then,one day,i watched VIVA,and Mayday was on...nothing better to do,so lets hear the same old crap over and over again.
But no,there he was...probably the best producer/Dj in my knowledge,and im listening electronic music since 1993.

Alexander Kowalski is his name,and he gave me hope,that good electronic music can still be made!!!!

My Ava is female,so im Alexandra....

And Mayday is the place where i first heared his music...

Since then i have downloaded almost everything there is from him.I still dont regret naming my ava after him.Hes really that good!!!!

Whats in a name

Quaeroveritas 'Quar' Noble

Quaeroveritas is Latin and means 'seeker of truth'. :yay:

Quar is my nickname because people do not know how to correctly pronounce or spell Quaeroveritas. :rolleyes: My Soc mates have shortened it even further and just call me Q.

Noble relates to my ancestral lineage from Earths old noble families.
 
My name in EU is Gorgeus Gorgeus Babe and i chose this name because im stupid!
 
Winterborn Flowinder Flowinder


I was born in winter

Flowinder was a word I made up at work one day about 5 years ago when I should have been working. I write, and I thought it would make a good name for some faraway place in a galaxy far far away, a long time ago, et al.

I do have Namer's Remorse, I hate that Flowinder is repeated. If I had to rename myself I would be "I Love Grits" because I do.
 
my name has always been "sempul" since the internet was available to the public. my full online name is Sempul E. Negative. put it all together and you get the phrase "simply negative" however i only go by "sempul". not sure why i have it as that as i am a very upbeat person. i also have a little namers remorse myself as i did not understand the naming process when i created my name about 3 years ago so now it shows up in game as "sempul sempul negative". which is one reason i REALLY hate this stupid update that shows your whole name.

It's a scottish name from an ancestor of mine.
I thought It was cool.
And edited it a bit.
Threw in a few letters, and have been using it for 8 years now.

Sulaweyo comes from a great book - Otherland by Tad Williams - if you need a good read here you have one (or 4 as it has 4 parts :D)
Sledge somehow seamed to go well with Sulaweyo no other intension here and the 2nd Sledge uhmm well you know ;)

Truxus Trux Tee

Trux was actually the neighbours dog's name when i was a kid..
i adopted it as character name back in the days of AD&D and used it since then in several PnP and computer games. it fit's well in all kind of scenarios, fantasy and sci-fi. the last name Tee was chosen just because of the sound of it.
all my characters in any game share Tee as a last name, and i try to use 4 letter-names starting with Tr.. as first name. for female characters it's usually Trip Tee, Traia Tee or Trix Tee. male Trux Tee, Trex Tee, Tron Tee etc..

Truxus as a first name i only choose because i had to fill something in when creating him..

PS: Trux is neither related to Trucks nor to Drugs !!! as an english speaking person, you'd pronounce it 'Troox'

Luca GuNOiL Brassi, GuNOiL has been my gamers name for 10 years+ used to be a armourer and used gallons of gun oil and thought it was original and kind of stuck with it now its been so long. Luca Brassi is from the Godfather think i just finishing reading the book and Don Vito Corleone had been taken and at the time was the only thing coming to mind... clad i wasnt reading harry potter
 
Name: Cramoth Cramoth Masterson

Cramoth is a name I made up years ago for my in game name in AOE. Masterson... not really sure on that one. Also made up, but don't know why. Cramoth is both my first and middle name because when I setup my avatar, it essentially asked for a first name and last name and a nickname. I wanted my nickname to be Cramoth, but didn't want my full name to be different. Really wish that MA had made it more clear what was going on and that I didn't get stuck with two names that were the same. Oh well, life goes on!

Sverd : name of norvegian musician in Arcturus

Vondur : a funny black metal band from sweden, vondur means rotting in island no?

Bhaal : without "H", it's a name of a daemon

But I'm not a scandinavian person, I juste like this land and scandinavian metal music ;)
And when I started, don't know this game came from sweden :)

As for Kurusowa, I was kind of stuck for a made up last name, so picked a Japanese writer/director that I'd heard of (although I think I spelt it incorrectly).

So there you have it, that's me! Are you there? You're not snoring now are you? :(

Mine is so simple I'm sure some have gotten it figured out already.

Story: Played before, quit(did not like the look), started over.

Before in game I walked everywhere to try to find fruit, dung and anything that MIGHT be found.

So... The middle nickname became Walker. Simple...

Levithanikos : Since i was teenager i LOVED Lovecraft stories and Leviathan sounded really nice to my ears.

Angelreaper : Nickname from Sodom ,Metal band - Bass /Vocals . Love that band ... A mix of Motorhead , venom and german way to speak English :D

Slayer: THE METAL BAND. Whoever don't like em is a n00bster .. lmao. and being a hunter i love to kill mobs , with my Honor blade ... :cool:

Demonikos: "Δεμονικός" in greek means "demonic" ... but i played with the second part wich is my name so it's like a Demon called Nikos :vampire:

Apple Mystery GREEN

Green was ment to fit the soc name my friend Urso was running - Entropia Green Tours .. Soc fell apart, the name sticked..Apple is the first thing that came to mind when I was thinking green :) As for Mystery, it will stay a mystery ..

Fenuix Fix Flame

Fenuix is derived from the word phenix, and the meaning is essentially the same. However, Fenuix is a completely unique spelling, and thus I chose to use this name. :)

Fix was just a quick name I thought of whilst being forced to create a middle name. A wanted something short, snappy, easy-to remember and a word that started with an F. Therefore, Fix turned out to be the perfect choice.

Finally, Flame gives my name the edge. It puts the hot, spicy, steamy subtone in the viewers mind, and hopefully associates that with my character. However, it is a blue flame, as are my eyes and clothes. :laugh:

Maris Truksans is my name and lastname...
Mario is nick from very young school time when classmates called me so and i use it till now :)
 
BATIFE is one of the nicknames of Argentine soccer player Gabriel Omar Batistuta. When I was 6 years old, was my hero. Even soccer game. :D

Pretty boring really but here goes ..

Once upon a time in another game, well vr-ish part of the metaverse, called Activeworlds my closest friends and I were CareTakers for multiple worlds belonging to our "Society". We all chose avatars that were Faeries with light related names. Prism, Starrie, Moonie, Illumie .. Aura. Fae Aura to be more specific. So that sorta stuck. Then I leave AW for another speck of the metaverse with a clever / groovey new interface and customizable avatars and whatnot and I have to select a Last name from a list of names .. lots of choices in this .. my best friend that lead the way to that VR chose the last name Skallagrimson but since I'm basically lazy I chose a shorter name to type .. Lily

Chlorene is a little more complicated but not sorta .. Chloe Irene .. say that fast :p
