Welcome to the biggest autumn event in Entropia Universe, Halloween Mayhem! You can enjoy this event regardless of location, as Halloween Mayhem is accessible from all planets! Join the spooky atmosphere of the graveyard and fight zombie mutants and zombie dogs to grab your rewards.

This year, we upgraded Mayhem Annihilation and Mayhem Survival rewards, featuring the new Cosmetic Mayhem Tokens. Read more details below on what you will gain by participating in the event and what you can get with your rewards!

Rewards​

Halloween Mayhem rewards include Halloween Strongboxes*, Cosmetic Tokens, Mayhem Tokens, and Rare Mayhem Tokens, a recurring prize during other Mayhem-style events. You can exchange Cosmetic Tokens, Mayhem Tokens, and Rare Mayhem Tokens for exclusive items offered by the Mayhem Token Traders in Cape Corinth, Port Atlantis, and Twin Peaks on Planet Calypso.

Rewards in Halloween Mayhem are based on performance in the event instances and are automatically unlocked and awarded when you meet specific points criteria.

Cosmetic Tokens, Mayhem Tokens, and Rare Mayhem Tokens can be accumulated throughout several events to purchase cosmetics and more expensive items, allowing participants to make incremental progress toward their desired rewards. Cosmetic Tokens, Mayhem Tokens, and Rare Mayhem Tokens are non-tradable, but the items purchased from the Mayhem Token Vendor are tradable.

Access Event Entrances​

Use the Global Events list to access the Halloween Mayhem. Mayhem Annihilation has ten instances, and Mayhem Survival has a single instance.

Mayhem Annihilation Gameplay​

The ten Mayhem Annihilation instances consist of a challenge of eliminating creatures of various difficulty levels. Switching between Annihilation instances at any time is possible regardless of your chosen mission.

Upon entering the instances, you can choose the following missions: Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Redulite. Each mission category has a determined number of points required to unlock rewards. Each mission chain features ten reward thresholds. For a more detailed description of the points necessary to reach certain reward thresholds, go to “Mayhem Annihilation Rewards.”

Participants may choose only one mission that cannot be restarted or repeated. Be careful not to abandon the mission once it starts!

Interact with the winged statue inside to begin spawning zombies.

Eliminate Halloween Zombie Mutants to accumulate points and unlock reward tiers. After defeating one of the event instance mutants, you will gain a random number of points (0, 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2500). Higher-level Zombie Mutants have a higher chance of awarding more points, regardless of the chosen mission.

Mayhem Survival Gameplay​

The Mayhem Survival instance consists of a challenge of eliminating creatures of various difficulty levels. There are 25 stages in Mayhem Survival, each consisting of 10 phases. There will be a capture point in phases 3, 6, and 9. You must take the capture point before the phase ends to succeed in the stage.

Randomly placed pumpkins containing various helpful buffs will appear periodically throughout the arena.

Interact with the winged statue inside to select a stage and begin spawning zombies.

Survive as many stages as possible against increasingly dangerous Zombie Mutants and Zombie Dogs waves. Dying, disconnecting, or leaving will fail the stage. You can repeat the stages but only obtain the listed rewards for each stage for the initial completion. Repeating will, however, give a small amount of Mayhem Tokens, depending on the stage.

Any attempt to abuse team mechanics or any other Entropia Universe systems or features to gain an unfair advantage over other participants will be grounds for disqualification from the event, forfeiture of prizes, and possible sanctions imposed on one’s Entropia Universe account.

Anyone found using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or to win prizes will forfeit all prizes and risk additional sanctions on their Entropia Universe account(s), including potential account termination.

Also, active gameplay should be rewarded. The survival rewards don't motivate me to have another go at it after last year

I am sorry to break this for you, but there is already advance bots that also repair, reentering instances and do other tasks such as cancelling if green dot appear at radar. These bots can be active 24/7.

Ask one of the top 10 hunters on EL they will probably know more information about these bots and can point you towards a good one if you ask nicely.

I know. Just my bot is an auto clicker that hits interact. I need a new PC then my bot will do that

Funny thing is that as we can see MA reads the topic and even responds but they completely ignore posts about botting even tho they are aware of it. It is quite scary and sad that there are bots in exsistance that:

I filed a support cases even with video as a proof but the response was "we will take a look into that situation" and nothing happens.

We must understand that most of our wishes will come true. When ue5 arrives it will be easier to develop and add new things and manage a brand new system. Cant wait until 2025 when we will have more updates and more content than we have ever experienced and with a 10x more playerbase.

I have seen games that included anti-bot features, and it's easier than you might think.

It's effectively just a captcha that is difficult to reliable cheat, using images from the in-game universe, that then gives a small reward when completed. If you fail or refuse to complete it within 90 seconds, it logs you out.

Could bots still beat that? Maybe. Maybe not. But it would cut way, way down on it.

Here's an example of how that might work.

There is a menu that pops up. It is 3 rows of 3 images. 3x3. Each image is a different well-known creature in EU. Select the Caudatergus. Or select the 2 melee weapons. Or click the picture of the crude oil. Whatever. You can use your imagination and use in-universe imagery to make it less obtuse than a recaptcha.

When you successfully complete it you get "Supreme vibrant sweat", an item that can only be gotten this way. They get used for...who knows, something.

The captcha happens randomly roughly once an hour with some randomness on the timing but never more frequently than once every 45 minutes. It doesn't trigger if there has been no player interaction for at least a minute.

Could work out the kinks with some player testing. Doable. Hell, I could write a proof of concept for something like that in a week.

Dream about that. In reality that would be a giant pain in the ass and cause people to stop playing. Talk about immersion breaking!

I fully expect highly d3veloped macros to be available in webshop for ue5. would be fairly easy to build into the game.
