I just logged out so can't check, put I don't think I got Porter for using a TP. Maybe it's only PA TPs or something like that?

'Porter is for completing a mission, Using the Teleporter, I think. Talk to the immigration official at PA Marina to get it.

'porter is also bugged... fixed in the next patch according to Pioneer. So some can't get it atm :)

Up - (You have earned Hummingbird wings.) 1km ?? flying
Skyhopper (you have earned Duck wings.) - 10km??
Frequent Flyer (you have earned canari wings.) - 50km??

Just got Blessed, Atoned, and Mammon (greed is good?) at the prophet. But I was also fapping (heh) at the same time.

Additional Acheivements:

On Top Of Things - go to 3rd floor of middle tower at PA
Medic - talk to Port Atlantis medical guide
Economist - talk to NPC in economy labelled building in PA
Gadgeteer - talk to NPC in equipment labelled building in PA

Visiting the Island east of stength keep, that adds Alexander Selkirk to your mission log also triggers it in your achievements.

Selkirk (You have one great advantage: you can leave whenever you want.)

The area that adds the 'Monstor from the Black Lagoon' mission, also triggers:

Lagoon Monster (what lurks beneath the surface?)

Spoke to the NPC in the middle of the crater (You revive at Stens outpost which doesn't have storage - minor tp chip is a good idea to have)

Well of Sirens

The cavern at Jennifer's Island

Most of these seem to be duplicates of old missions.

What is the point of that?

Well, I think we all know there is no point to achievements, they are to keep people distracted from the pedloss from their card :)

But they are a way to show that you have completed the missions ingame blablabla

For one thing, it gives new players (and some older players) an incentive to get all the teleporters and explore the land more.

And its fun - there were complaints about the missions being "grind heavy" when they were introduced - a lot of these dont require any grinding at all.

:)

Those old "easter egg missions" were originally intended for something achievements-like. Despite not having achievements then, we decided to put them in anyway, because it was more fun to have them in than not to. Now they are more like they were intended to be. Call them "director's cut" if you like.

Fair enough :)

I got Bronze Giant for completing a Bronze Challenge (Molisks in my case, just needed to talk to the broker).

How comes some of you got the gateway missions? As I dont...

I like it, but I added some rewards for some Achievements. Such as titles or clothing to complete the Iron chalange.

Example: To get the complete Daikiba Iron mask in the Daikiba Skull, which you can wear. These clothes may not be sold, but it also encourages more people the complete Iron chalange

If you are like me I never got to go to gateway, we did not play during the chosen time for the chosen avatars to get to even see the place.

Brick - You still cant fly.

I fell from a high distance..... so not sure how this triggered.

Edit: I fell from the building to get "On Top Of Things" to get "Brick".

For the "gateway mission" they also have a sub mission for it. it says so in the achievement. not that hard to get. Nothing to do with the fact the gateway is off limits for now. No avatar can trsvel to it not even your "chosen"ones

I did the same, but didn't get it. Were you full health when you jumped? I wasn't... I'll try again with full health!

EDIT: Also no 'Brick' achievement with full health...

I think i have fallen a few times before this from various heights, so it could be a total of 5 or 10 deaths...... I was full health on all.

For "Brick", fall and die 4 more times after you get "Asphalt Pizza". You don't have to be at full health.

I died three more times and got it! So, approx. 5 deaths by falling, I'd say.

Can anyone decode what it says in my earlier post #14, "Killed in action" ? :)
