Well, they have not promise that it will be back 2013, just that they plan to start develop it. And also. "plan to" don't mean that they have promise to start the development of the system this year.

Dan sorry that I misunderstood you...but hard time is here on RT unfixed mission rewards and MA does not fix them for over a year when was reported....Some of them they still give 250-500 Nova fragments instead of skill implant ...the player get a brutal impact and he has to stay for weeks(months) waiting for support to reply....But is Up to MA to fix all universal bugs...
But we should not forget this...

Well, it's stand under a headline of "Expected development". The point was that it's not a promise, but a plan. I just generally dislike when people says that MA have "promised" things, they don't give promises, they give us what their goals and developments plans are.

Well, the way that MA stick to their goals and plans somehow pisses me off the most. There's no direction. Mindark, you won't provide anything if you don't prioritize, for example:

1. Moon development
2. Social UI
3. Tattoo system
4. Space upgrades
5. Taming
6. Fishing
7. Revamping old systems


Learn to set up goals and stick to them.

Also, when you provide only a once in a two year period into the game/platform, you shouldn't have the power to cancel someone others' work (Athena Space Port Area *cough*).

And the point I made was in bold and underlined. The word will is very specific in MA's message to the community, so while I can appreciate that you don't like when people say that MA promised something,

Well, clearly we interpret what we read differently.

If I write something like this,

My plan for the year:

• I will learn how to cook better food
• I will drink less coffee
• Improve my writing

Have i promised that i will drink less coffee?. No, not really, my goal was to drink less coffee, but i did never promise i would do it.

If we start to accuse MA for breaking promises, which they i my opinion never had promised, the risk is that they start to think. "Better not to say anything at all of the future plans we have, because they will just accuse us of not holding our promises if we can't follow our plans".

We can complain that they are bad at follow their plans and changing their minds a lot, and yes, sometimes maybe they have broken their promises also. But most of what they say that they are going to do, is what they plan to do or what their goal is. Many of us can agree on that MA could be better to stick with their plans and be more careful of what they say regarding when different systems will be ready.

Seeing as the suffix 'ed' most commonly suggests the past tense of a verb, perhaps being changed over time to a certain degree would be more accurate being past tense and all. So if the past tense of develop is suggesting that development has ceased perhap MA have already lived up to their promise and just ceased development. Then again I could just be pedantic and picky....

Taming is well overdue whatever spin anyone puts on it.

For some reason, I doubt that the pirates doing this is depositors. At least on their pirate accounts.

I Think if you're a depositor you want to things the right way, and not doing things that is likely to upset 90% of the other players. Unless ofc you use a stolen CC to deposit. (It wouldn't surprice me though if there is one or two psychopaths with fat Amex cards - but they would know the limit to just being PITA and crossing over the line to be breaking the rules in the EULA.)
