Minor Client Loader disturbances
Between 05.00 - 08.00 UTC some of you may have experienced minor disturbances with the Client Loader.
These disturbances have been resolved.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

hey anyone know what the problem is when my cliebnt wont start up is there a miantence going on or what is happening whas playing yesterday and worked fine
 
So then Server still have some problems when i want to open i cant the word's from EULA dont appear and i can't Read Nathing after accept EULA.only i see the luck with green .
 
same here, more people have problems to login?

Edit:

after waiting few minutes for the loader to load, I can log in again.
 
Got it also .. white screen and cant start the gane.

Load of dung that is the main planetcalypso.com site is even offline (confirmed by an IP lookup) status is INACTIVE loader is not working tried a trracert and hit deadspace at 81.228.101.133 which is located in same city as their main-web server possibly authentication servers as well. the EULA and loader screens that no doubt ably points to pages hosted on their main web server which is inactive and explains loader problems.

Question of the hour is... WHY IS THEIR SERVER OFFLINE?

UPDATE: I am now able to view the main site and loader is back up just give it a min to load :)

yep, thnx, just let the CL load and you can login :)
 
Ive been having problems for months logging in.
Sometimes i get in first attempt the next login attempt i give up after 10+ attempts:mad:
freezes at authorization before GC number entry.
My Internets working fine its not viruswear or firewall related..
Giving me the right royal shits.
I get CTD as we all have l8ly but then unable to relog'''
im thinking its got something to do with server load?:scratch2:
any1 else having this ongoing problem?
 
CL is fucked for me.... it ain't loading at all.

got the same screen, but you have to let the cl load for a few minutes and then press the LAUNCH button, then u will be able to login. At least it worked for me.

afther a while it says page unable to load and still fails
 
After that, i reloaded the page and then it worked for me

Hadn´t have any problems loggin in untill this "bugfix", now its impossible for me to log in :)

Launches here, yet the ToU screen stays empty, so does all info in client loader, but it does start. Something seems up tho.
 
I could not get it to load for about 20 mins but is working fine for now.

Edit-
I was on game for about 5 mins got booted now it not loading!

I have the same problem:
1. TOS does not load.
2. Client loader does not load.
3. http://www.planetcalypso.com/ not loading.

same here , impossible to log in...

MA the disturbance continue...

I think there is a glitch in the matrix
 
Cant log in either.

Last night was a bit of a bug fest also, lag on radar, team members showing up as red dots on radar, mobs not on radar, failed messages and item cant be accessed etc.

Something seriously wrong with Entropia at the mo, come on MA, get back in the offices and feed the hamsters :)
 
Looks like it's about time to switch to the backup server(s).
