After giving it some thought, here's what I came up with. I tried to keep it inline with your suggestions so here goes:

Planet FOMA - First Outerspace Multiverse Asteroid

or

FOMA One / FOMA 1 - Federated Outerspace Multiverse Asteroid
 
Okay I got to ask....Why FOMA? Why Are there so many suggestions of the same acronym? The contest is for original names. I don't think repeating the same word over and over is going to leave much of an impression other than to cause one to Foma at the mouth.

Anyway.
