someone used the word "Multi-use" which i think is very well fit... as other idea mainly talk about mining which is not the only thing to do...

So as similar to most of my other suggestion, im gonna reuse the multi-use...which i think make the best name for your new asset.

FOMA'S ORBITAL MULTI-USE ASTEROID = F.O.M.A = keep both foma in the name and in the acronym...
