No data, seller probably noticed before any harm was done.

Man that would be some crazy mistake to make.

Even 7 for 1060 ped would be a steal, let alone 71 lol.

If this is true, i hope MA will add a rule that any selling that are a obvious mistake will be canceled if the seller demand it. I talk about really obvious mistakes.

Look... Mindark although heartless at times..

If the guy sent them a support case, the transcation might be undone if he complains enough.

If anything he should post a thread and tell the community to help him with his mistake and hope that MA listens to everyone.

Cause that is a lot of money to lose in one shot..

Exactly what he said
I take it you know him? So the sale really took place?

"All trades are final", that's the official policy. Make a precedent of exception and it will bring down chaos, since anyone might change his mind and dispute his trades.

Oh youngin, you have much to learn about Entropia Universe...
hmm: all items are lootable and still in the loot pool(1)
umm: Non decaying scopes and laser was a bug now fixed, years ago.. prolly before your time(2)
ahh: Rebalancing missions and mission skills with no notice(3)

I could keep going on.. but what im trying to say is.. EU does whatever they want if they feel it will be best for them. Like any money hungry casino.

Even hurts reading that, u´re sure 1060? The auction zombies fell asleep at that time? Can´t imagine, they SEE EVERYTHING.
:wise:
They are auction BOTS, scripted for browsing auction, scripts don't fall asleep.

Poor idiot that just lost 70k PED in one instant. Probably a world record
Many have lost way more but, yes, that might be the speedrecord indeed.

80k+ loss to the seller, I bet he has already uninstalled the game. It proves that rich people can be stupid too. One shouldn't be trying to sell anything at auction or buy anything if you're drunk/stoned.

Just my 2 pecs.
So the going rate for CLD's is 1130ped+ ?

no need to poor salt in the wound :(

Auction history doesn't log buyout.

Yes the ingame one does, and sales to orders too for that matter. Perhaps you're thinking of the old PE Auction, that didn't?

The one who bought will never tell for sure...

The one who sold will never log again for sure...

:duh:

Exactly what he said

a "curious" crowd can quickly turn into a lynch mob with stuff like this.....if i had bought em...i wouldnt say notin either...

Not everyone is devoid of all morals. For example someone traded an adjusted fap or some other valuable fap to another player by accident. The player who got it returned it to it's owner and that's a fact.

Oh dear, if this is in fact true then I think Mindark would make an exception to the "all trades are final" rule.

Rules are guidelines afterall, so that support don't receive 1000 of cases every week based on unhappy trades. The one off terrible mistake I hope can be sorted.

I would be extremely surprised if the original owner, just said "oh-well better luck next time". That won't happen.

Assuming this is true, and the trade winner is reading this thread, I suggest you do the honourable thing and seek advice from mindark on the best way to return the deeds to the rightful owner.

Who knows you might be given a reward for your honesty. A couple of free deeds maybe, and everyone is happy.
