I don't think I've burned enough peds to come even close to the value of the RJ, not in the last year (or two)...
That and I could have left EU running half that time just for EntropiaTracker.. you never know .

to Tier an item up you need one at 0.9 all the parts listed when you goto Tier it up and another identical item of what your Tiering up and there is a small chance you can loose the item your using to Tier up the 0.9 one

Hmph, you guys obviously haven't learned the lesson. That tier crap IS dangerous. For what? A minute improvement at best. Hardly justified, even on uber gear. I'd say, ESPECIALLY on uber gear.
