a different point of view....
one might argue that... there's a market for catching people's mistakes on the auction....
as it is not too uncommon for people to improperly list items on auction....
is it the buyers responsibility to always return items from another persons mistake or be labeled a thief....
or is purely it the seller's unfortunate demise.. and the buyers lucky fair gain..?
if the buyer is a theif... why would mindark allow a game where thievery is legal?
or does mindark agree that this is fair gameplay??
