Hey !
As the title says it's about entropia and feeding.
A lot of my soc mates sometimes says "later all, food time" and then they're back 10mins later.
As I care about their health, i say NOOO ! Enough doing this ! 10mins is way to fast to have meal.
So dear mates ( and not just soc ones
), as a inhabitant of lyon, the world capital of gastronomy, i'm going to give you some advices 
- 1 - Take your time, 45mins would be a minimum time to have dinner
- 2 - Make sure you have all you need not far from you and you're in a comfortable position (fact of stand up in order to get something while you're eating is not a good thing)
- 3 - Don't forget water !
( but not too much, too much water can cause heart attack )
- 4 - If you can, drink some red wine ( not in cans
), when you're eating some dish which contains some fat it helps your body to eliminate it faster ( [edit] one glass is enough lol ).
- 5 - Salad (or every cold fibered vegetables) helps a lot for digestion so the best way is too have it after the main dish
- 6 - Cheese (or other dairy products) is also good for your stomach helping it with providing some bacteria ([edit] beer also provide your stomach some yeast helping bacteria)
- 7 - Try to avoid orange / lemon (or associated) juice during the meal (a lot of acidity may stop your digestion and causes stomach disorders)
- 8 - Fruits ! Try to have differents kind during the day (vitamins and it's always better to have a fruit instead of a chocolate bar or icecream
)
- 9 - TIME another time !!! The longest the meal is during the best it is for your digestion and health
- 10 - Salt ! Your body need some salt (for kidney mostly and others organs) but too much salt will increase risks for your heart and blood pressure. Some foods already contains salt so pay attention, don't add salt everywhere ([edit] note for muslim and jewish people that sometimes halal or kasher meat is done by adding salt to help the blood go away faster)
- 11 - Fishes ! All fishes increase your muscle weight and capability in memory. ( but also too much fish will increase your blood pressure ), and beware of the iodine if you're allergic you may take some river fishes instead of sea ones
