Today we got the deer Mall open, this means i will get back my missed oxford shop.

Today i was going chek out my new shop nr.4 in the deer mall at new oxford.
it really looks like a nice mall !

but now after all the problems i had, about removing of my old shop, i have following problem:

- in my old oxford mall i had 150 item points in shop
- after VU10 (it was in the Oxford mall shop) i had 150 item points plus 5 items in window

now the new shops only have 50 or 100 items plus 5/10 in window. So my new shop will only have 100 items plus 10 in window. I still miss 40 items then.
I know the shop of Moonfish had 180 items, and now only 100 ???

i just hope this is the next bad joke or a mistake and not the truth! After all this problems we had whit this shops, we get less item points... common, MA/FPC... this is not realy your mind? or?

you buy a shop with 150 items originally then you should end up with 150 items, that's what i think. I'd be a tad upset with all the messing around you have had and now this.

Now, there's two ways to look at that.
MA's perspective - you bought a virtual property with zero guarantees that can be changed at any moment.
Your/Our perspective - you payed for 150 items, you should have 150 items.

I'd be pissed off if I was you! But in saying that, I wouldn't be surprised if MA put their middle finger up...

i cant say here what i think about all that.. i would get ban in eu and here:D
 
After all you have been through without a shop and most importantly your business of mask making not being active yet and god only knows when it will be active again the least MA can do for you is get your items in shop total back up to what it was when you purchased it originally.

I'm hopeful that MA will start to put more effort in getting the people in game that own shops and have services back in operation soon.

MA has advertised EU as a place where you can have a business and thus far they have been falling very short.
 
ok, letz go back to the shop, to the deer mall;)

what do you think about the redoucing of items in the deer mall. my shop is not the only one, have less item points now!
 
im looking to purchase one shortly after hte new year if one is available. but heres a nice view of hte mall i get now from my apartment

you purchased something that had said amount of items, they should not change that regardless. im sur ehtey will fix it, they probably overlooked it. if they dont, call them thieves!
 
You (and others) had a shop in an underground dungeon/maze that most people didn't want to bother to travel to and/or navigate, which was worth much, much less than a mall shop, even with less item points, and you are complaining?

As I understand it, the New Oxford shopowners were bought out and then given the chance to buy back their shops when they were re-introduced.

So the choice of whether to buy or not buy this shop, with these stats, was yours, yes?

I am not a shopowner so I apologise if I've misunderstood the situation.

I have to agree with Xen too, if your shop is now in a mall that people might actually go to, rather than buried in a network of caves that people never ever went to, I would say you have done rather well on the deal.

yep right, and it was a nice place in the underground, and i had a lot sellings there.... where is the problem?

i just need a shop back with same stats ! that is all:)

i don't got any pec of MA... they just removed the shop, the whole mall. and then they removed my deed!! also i don't got any cent back nor i have to pay back the shop... and at all it was not my mistake, if they remove a whole mall, and then our buiz is death for months!

Mall shops use to sell for 1K US, one just went through the auction for +16000? and didn't sell, so that throws the worth much less thing out the window.

All trance is wanting is the item limit to go back to what it was so that she can effectively run her business.

I so feel for you trance. not only all the trouble with your shop.. also the still missing make-up feature and now this :(:(:(

You are maybe a bit of an exception since you had a unique offering (very nice masks). But otherwise, I think very few liked to go to those shops and browse or look for things they might need, as it required a run from the tp and was difficult to naivigate for many. I wouldn't have paid more than 5k for one of those shops.

I'm just saying, I think you guys made out pretty well, even if the item count dropped a bit. I wish I had such problems.

To be honest, if I had one of those underground maze shops, I'd be pretty happy with the upgrade. I can understand the frustration with the time without a shop though.
 
I've just been over to check out what may be my shops. It looks great inside. Rent payments have been mentioned so I am checking those out as it should be free for the first year according to Marco.

There is a small issue with the tp's inside that I have sent into Support so be warned if you go there. If you want to get to level 2 where some of the shops are, then click 1 in the TP or you end up where a balcony is (level 3). TP'ing down from level 2, clicking on 1 won't do anything so you have to go up to 2 (should be 3) and then TP back down to 1 from there. It's all a bit confusing :scratch2:

Luckily my shop size allocation is what it was before, which was 3 years ago in Feb. I can feel for you though Trance and any others that bought specific sized shops. To lose those extra points can be quite detrimental to a business or service.

As for those saying you have a Mall shop now blah blah, well for some of those people the shops are smaller than what they paid for so worth less than they paid be it in a Mall or not. It's no different to someone paying for a 70 item shop under the Apartments and having them put back at 50 item points. It shouldn't happen or at least there should be compenstation for it.

People specifically purchase shops on the amount of items they hold, not just location. Good advertising means location isn't that important. I used to sell out daily with a shop at Genesis. Also, you still have to run to the Mall, there is no TP access from outside TP's, just internal ones.

if ppl would read the support, post some hours before, then they could read, that i bought the shop to have a lot item points. With make up is no matter where my shop stay.. always ppl coming to me or, i was help to find or i escorde ppl to my shop !

Whit make up you need always a lot item points, thats why i be unhappy about this missed 40 item points. 40 is not a small amount, it cost 4k peds to upgrade to this back ! or 2 shopkeepers or more.

And never it was my mistake that FPC removed my shop, nor is my mistake if they make it in a mall, nor is my mistake if i have then 40 items less!
